I gave my passport to the embassy for a visa. At the same time, it was necessary to obtain a certificate of the child at the registry office. The registry office refused to issue a document with a copy of the passport and rights - allegedly, it is impossible to identify an individual using them. The employees are too formal and rude, they do not provide explanations with reference to regulations. They refused to provide a complaint book. Unpleasant.
