Хорошие месторасположение, замечательные сотрудницы там работают, но вид здания, что внутри, что снаружи конечно печальный, совдеповский, ремонт бы там сделать хороший, современный и вообще было бы не пять звёзд а 10.

Хамское отношение к клиентам объясняют, что они вдвоем остались и будьте довольны, а то вообще отделение закроют. А что работника другого взять вместо ЭТОЙ, которая на приемке посылок нельзя?
