The 22nd ward is just terrible! There are simply no specialists there!!! Boorish attitude towards visitors! To take a form to send a registered letter with a notification, you need to stand in line., then fill it out, and stand in line again in order to send it..... The service is VERY slow, they don't know the work.....They ask each other what to do for what!!!! There is no basic adhesive tape to accept the parcel for shipment.....
