Пришла забирать посылку авито . Как указано в правилах показала штрихкод , есть код для подтверждения , с меня потребовали паспорт и посылку не отдают . Этого в правилах авито нет , придумывают сами все на ходу , требует скать приложение почты банка - раньше всегда получала проблем не было

Почтовое отделение мне не нравится. Грубый персонал. Плохое местоположение. Негде оставить автомобиль.

Большинство отзывов указывает на то, что сотрудники самовольно закрывают отделение раньше времени. Сегодня например в 19:15!! Хотя на сайтах указано до 20:00. Когда уже руководство займется этой проблемой?
