In Belarus, you buy an envelope, tell where to send it, put stamps on, pay a certain amount, that's it. You won't guess further.... The envelope is being dropped into a mailbox on the street! Have you ever seen mailboxes in Tashkent! In Uzbekistan? Show me at least one! I'll have a restaurant for two!

There is no electronic queue, the queue is like in a polyclinic or a village, evil grandmothers are in line. The queue is long on weekdays.
