Once my parcel was lost, they said that they had not received anything, and then they said that I had received it at all. As a result, they were found after 2 months. But mostly they deliver normally, the staff is not that very friendly, but they are never rude and helps, if necessary, everything is clear and to the point. I would put 4, but because of such an incompetence that I described at the beginning, I put 3 stars.
