Level 5 Local Expert

Обращалась в данное отделение связи 2 раза. Первый раз передо мной было 4 человека, второй раз 2. Огромных очередей не видела. Все зависит от времени посещения почты. Хочу отметить персонал почты. Всегда приветливые, готовы прийти на помощь, все разъясняют. Без раздражения, без злобы. Спасибо им за доброе отношение к клиентам. Чего не скажешь про некоторые другие отделения связи.

ПО 614030,приятно зайти,всегда чисто,бывает что работают не все окна,но не беда,все операторы работают быстро и отлажено,к тому же компетентны во всех вопоосах

Почта живет своей жизнью. График работы указан везде с 8 часов, она с 11. Везде вызывают уже по талонам как в банке, здесь заходишь и ждешь в одной очереди, где чаще всего работают два окна всего. Девчонки видно что вообще уже устали от всех и к ним лучше не подходить. Шевелиться тоже никто не хочет, стоишь уже входной двери, а кто самый наглый заходит и в перед по головам, не уважение сплошное. Была бы воля не ходила. Но без нашей любимой почты никак не обойтись
