Сегодня дети купили конструктор, не хватило одной детали, купили второй, тоже не было деталей!!! Пришла на почту там не разбираясь послали....(сами знаете куда)... Сказали дети врут!!! Пошла сама. Мне даже по просьбе не дали жалобную книгу!!!

Почтальоны, это наверное единственное что работает в данном отделении. Компьютер вечно зависает, форсаж получить и отправить за 5 лет ни разу не получилось. Начальники отделения бегут, потому что условия труда нечеловеческие. Возникает вопрос к системе Почты России: сложно сделать хорошо для работников и людей?
