He is from Russia.I travel a lot, I've seen different hotels.I will say briefly: Felisa corresponds to the price in Ukraine, in Russia a hotel of this level would be half (at least) more expensive! good mattresses, bed linen,room cleaning, decent bathroom!Attentive and courteous staff, I'm happy to give 5 out of five!

A cool, comfortable hotel. Closed parking in the yard. A wonderful guy in the picture - all problems are solved in a second. Like it. I stayed 2 times, both in a two-room room at the very top

Good location, cafe availability. The room is not very clean at the entrance. There is no administrator in place, we have to look for it. One day they let me down with breakfast: they just didn't come, and they didn't cook, and they didn't warn me, and they didn't apologize.
