We definitely recommend a cool, atmospheric and cozy place where it will be interesting for both adults and children. Many thanks to the director and the administrator for a well-organized tour! In short, I am amazed how such an informative exposition can be organized in a small area, where all the oceans of the Earth, marine and freshwater inhabitants, the history of conquering the water element, and technology are represented... and much more.

The impressions are great. Despite the modesty of the basement area, the atmosphere of this museum is saturated with love. People who are masters of their craft work here. The guide (I didn't remember the name), a practicing biologist, gave us a wonderful tour and told us interesting facts about the floating inhabitants of this place and not only. I recommend it both for visiting with children and adults!!

The place is interesting, but as for me, it's only for one, maximum two times. There is very little space, I was accompanied on excursions with schoolchildren, there were 25 children and several accompanied, to say that they were crowded is to say nothing, it is clearly not designed for such a number of people. The tour lasted about an hour. It would not hurt to organize the tour time for each group better, we came and waited until another tour was over (also schoolchildren), At the moment when we were allowed in, the school was still wandering through the halls, then our tour was not over yet, more people came, in general, in terms of organizing time, not at all well thought out .If you just go as a family, then the price of a ticket for one person is very high. For the same money, you can go to the same zoo and get a lot more emotions, and not bother with time.

Strangely enough, the place was very attracted by parrots, especially Senegalese Jupi - a golden bird by nature and human orientation, and the same Aratinga (I confess, I forgot the name). There is some concern for the Senegalese's condition, but it is clear that, unlike other establishments, the birds are being cared for.

I was a long time ago, 7-10 years ago with my son, then still a schoolboy. I really liked it. The museum wonderfully combines with its atmosphere a ship modeling circle with relevant literature on the topic, and books by Svyatoslav Sakharnov on the topic of the civil fleet of the USSR (who remembers - well, now they are on the Internet; I personally reread), and the romance of long voyages. After the visit, I reviewed the Soviet book "Hero Ships". We should go again! I recommend you to visit and I think that over these 7-10 years the museum has developed and added to the exposition 🙂

The occupancy rate of the museum is normal, the guide is a good guy, tells a fascinating story, but the organization is terrible, a group of children arrived at the appointed time, came in and left after 10 minutes, because there was no one to take care of us.There were 2 more groups in the museum, the crowd was solid, no one was busy with children, of course the children walked, watched, entertained themselves.There was a mixed reaction to the claims of the guide, it was terrible, they paid, as a result, only for admission.

Paying only in cash in the center of Minsk is a complete game. The organization is not located in a remote village. Outwardly, it makes a terrible impression - it's dirty, very cramped, the exhibits seem to have been pulled out of the backyard from somewhere. The animals are in terrible conditions, the cages with parrots are cramped and small. Fish in dirty aquariums. I feel very sorry for the animals. I was led to a large number of positive reviews, in vain.
