I bought a warranty packaged expert service from this branch. During the examination, it turned out that oil and water leaks, which are verbally called insignificant, related to the vehicle, were serious and widespread problems soon after receiving the vehicle. What is said in the expertise and what is written in the report do not agree with each other. Verbally, the so-called ”insignificant" issues were included as serious defects in the report, but they were not clearly explained to me. When it was noticed that an important part related to the engine was missing after vehicle inspection, responsibility was not accepted. Camera recordings were requested, promised to return, but no one returned. Although the warranty package service was received, serious mechanical problems occurred in a very short time. I have used different branches before; I have never encountered a branch that is so uninteresting, inconsistent and does not stand behind the information it provides. I definitely do not recommend it.
