An SMS notification confirmed that the order will be delivered on December 22. 7 days for delivery of the available goods is an inadequately long time for delivery. But on 22.12 I manage to make a gift for the holidays. And on December 22, a call from the operator: we will deliver, but not today, but at least tomorrow. The reason is there is no courier. Minuses: 1. Huge delivery times for available goods. 2. The store's inability to fulfill orders on time (7 days in advance!) I do not recommend contacting them Explanation of the answer from oz.by : The order was not delivered, which means it was not received. And considering that the books were a Christmas gift.... you really let me down.
