I didn't have to visit the pick-up point specifically, but while I was sitting waiting for a friend from a tutor, some uncle got hooked in this house and started rolling up and telling me about his work, so 5 stars for interactivity and entertainment program

The disgusting pick-up point
has been closed for the second time in a year for "technical reasons" there is no information anywhere that it is closed. There is only a piece of paper that is closed for 2 days. AND HOW DO I PICK UP THE ORDER ACCORDING TO YOUR PLAN??????

Not only does ozone have such a long delivery (6 days), then they moved the delivery another 6 days later, as a result you come for the goods, but the pick-up point does not work for some technical reasons, and somehow it is not fate to notify customers? You make plans, and then because of a non-working item, everything goes in one place, thank you, customer orientation is off the scale
