It's an outrage. Information about changes to the work schedule is not posted on the site. The phone of the point is never answered. Twice the product went back because I could not receive it for three days in a row due to the fact that the item did not work at the time indicated on the website. It's the same story today. The website indicates the working time from 9.00 to 21.00. At 9.40 the point was not working and there is an announcement of a change in the work schedule from 15.00 to 21.00. This is disrespectful to customers.

1 visit - could not return the wrongly delivered goods. The position of the item: "take what you sent and sort it out further with support"
2 visit - the item is closed, it is not clear when it opens, I waited 20 minutes
