On 04/07/2025, I arrived at the pick-up point, but found that it was closed, although it was supposed to be open from nine or ten o'clock in the morning until nine o'clock in the evening. I waited for a while, but I couldn't stand it and contacted the main Ozone number. I was informed that the point should be open, and they have no information about its closure. I was offered to come in an hour or tomorrow. No announcements or notes were left stating that the point was closed.
I am extremely disappointed, because I came specially to receive my order. This is a sign of disrespect for customers.

11/17.24 we arrived at the pick-up point by 9 a.m. The opening hours are on the website, that the doors are stated from 9 to 21, no postponements or handwritten papers, that the pick-up point works on a different schedule on this date. We waited for 15 minutes, and no one showed up.
