Of course, I could have opened it, just out of principle, but still decided to tell her that my parcel cannot be flat by definition. A miracle happened the fourth time: she silently handed me an already opened box with my order. Total: an hour and a half of time and a comparable number of nerve cells were wasted. Three other people's parcels and one of mine were opened. So check carefully what they give you, especially if you are like me for the first time and have no idea how it all works. It works disgusting, parcels are not given out by order number, but what comes first to hand.
