Terrible PVZ. Don't waste your nerves, it's better to order a parcel to another pick-up point. I was with them on 06/29/2024. The issuing officer was calmly smoking on the porch, I went inside, there was no one there. I had to wait until the employee finished smoking and returned. Upon his return, the employee passed with a sullen look and did not even greet him. Then he communicated very rudely. He refused to provide a book of comments and suggestions (and this is already a violation of the law). In general, a bad pick-up point. I do not recommend making orders there, so as not to spoil your mood.

There is practically no queue. If there is one, then no more than two people. Quick service and refund. There is a fitting room and a free-standing table for unpacking orders.
