02.08.2024 at 18.15 I picked up the order from the Green. The order was prepared on time, the staff is friendly. During dinner, a piece of wire, 5-6 cm in size, twisted 2 times, was found in a Pad Thai dish with shrimp. I assume that this is a fastening from packing something. I am glad that the food was put on plates and I did not eat this wire. The taste of the dishes leaves much to be desired. Sour tom yam and microscopic shrimp, sour pork is absolutely not like the picture on the menu. I do not recommend it.

I still haven't made the order. I waited at the cash register for about 8 minutes and didn't bother anymore. The girl at the checkout took orders, cooked, collected orders, she did not approach the checkout for a very long time. There were 2 other people besides her. The employees violated all possible sanitary norms. The girl at the checkout with a manicure and a ring on her hand, about her hair (thanks for making a ponytail). The guy in the kitchen with a bracelet on his arm, went to the shelf, looked at the phone, and then went back to the kitchen, he certainly did not wash his hands. Like the cashier girl after the cash register, although she did not take cash. The vegetables were defrosted in an open form in a container right on the stove (where they are fried). I love your food, but we stopped walking because of the huge wait, okay, it was rush hour, but on Tuesday at 3 p.m. it's too much.

29.06 I ordered myself at Pad Thai (in the shopping center
URBAN) tom yam with seafood, it was a shock. There was a fragment of a mussel in the soup, it's good that I felt it in time and spat it out, otherwise I could have cut my esophagus!!! It's a nightmare, but that wasn't all, then I found a piece of plastic (apparently from a packing bag) to my indignation to the staff, they told me well, I'm sorry, they bring it to us... In short, she demanded money back for such a "miracle soup" full of horror!!!

I used to love this restaurant with all my heart, but what has become of them lately.. I advise everyone not to go if you want to get quality food and good service. It's not here anymore)

02.05.2024 in pad thai in the mall Gallery ordered 2 royal tom yam, carbonara and duck with glass noodles. We were given 2 volumes of seafood pit. In response to my question why we were given the wrong soup, the girl simply replied, "and I punched you something cheaper." I asked you to give me what you ordered. This time we were given the same seafood soup, but added more liquid to it, 4 shrimps and a cup of rice each. But this is not the end. I decided to eat the duck later and took it with me. When I opened the box... instead of duck, there was beef. It was accompanied by noodles, a piece of onion and raw carrots. That's all. It tastes terrible. Everything is sweet. The only thing is that the carrot was a success. I don't know if we're so "lucky" or if it's always like this. I will not check it and I do not advise anyone.

Wok is sooo spoiled, I put one star only for the fact that it was delicious as always, but the portions were exactly half a box (((. Wok with seafood and ink noodles, there were three tiny shrimp and a couple of mussels ((( and a couple of strips of squid. I am very disappointed, I will not order any more!

Great. I love the main dish, actually pad thai and here it is well... almost as it should be. But in general, it's wonderful for such exotics here. The portions are sufficient, the prices are not biting. A little more friendliness to the staff, but this, alas, is a common feature of our business.

The whole service is terrible, they do it for a long time, disgusting communication between employees in the restaurant and in the delivery with guests, sanitary standards are not observed (the hair of their foreign employees was found in the dishes, and a lot of unpleasant stuff). There is zero customer orientation, do not go there, you will regret it.

A complete disappointment. I took Tom yam royal several times on the food court. I decided to order home delivery of the same Tom yam through the app. They brought half a liter of broth with 4 shrimps and half a cherry tomato. Where are the other ingredients: seafood, mushrooms?

It's a disgusting place! The order was given 40 minutes later, taking into account that there were a couple of other orders in the queue. The taste of the dish is terrible, we took two woks with shrimp. In one, we counted only 3 small shrimps, which are absolutely tasteless.
We won't come back here anymore and we don't recommend it to anyone :)

The second time we order delivery and twice they have some problems. We waited a very long time for the first time. Today at 10.00 we made a pre-order for 12.15, no one contacted me. At 12.20 I called, the operator said he would call back. As a result, they say due to a malfunction in the system, your order will be postponed to 14.15. Thank you, we ate delicious!

After the promised delivery time of the order, I decided to call directly and ask how long I still have to wait, in response I heard that the deadline for delivery would be by 22:16. As it turned out, the courier was even able to be late for an extra couple of minutes and arrive by 22:20. In addition, I had to do my business at home, and not sit and wait for the courier to arrive and give me my food. I was extremely disappointed with the delivery in the evening. 3) we have already ordered the 10th time and it used to be delicious, but now it's tasteless every time: there should have been a sweet and sour sauce with seafood-they brought dry noodles without a hint of sauce. I don't recommend it.

Hello! Order 03.01.2023 #106 the soups were just amazing, they made it even better than usual (I always come in). But there were questions about the service. The order was accepted by a nice girl, without unnecessary words. But I had to take it from a girl who, in my opinion, should not work with people. When he discovered the absence of cutlery, he returned and asked (the girl was on the phone) reluctantly gave it. These are, of course, small things, but the sediment left a very unpleasant one. How can there be staff in a place where some of the best Asian dishes in the city are made, who simply cannot greet a visitor with a smile?! In general, if you are not worried that you will be treated incorrectly, you should go. The best soups are here (I recommend pho bo), and overall a great place if it wasn't for the staff.

They took fo bo and ramen. It's terrible, it's impossible to chew beef, it's all in the veins. The broth tastes like a cheap Rolton seasoning. But they piled on the parsley from the bottom of their hearts. The ramen was also not impressed, they put quail eggs instead of chicken ones. The broth is still the same seasoning from Rolton.

Повара очень медленно работают, кассир очень недовольная стоит, еще мямлит себе что-то под нос когда попросили подсказать, что можно взять. У всех поваров волосы не спрятаны под шапочки, ходят с шевелюрой наружу, особенно парни
Сервис ужасный, еда ужасная, как будто недовареннно, и на вкус так же
Не рекомендую посещать данное заведение по данному адресу!!!!

Люблю их поке боулы, но сервис ОЧЕНЬ МЕДЛЕННЫЙ! Всегда больше 20 минут ожидания, все сотрудники очень медленные, собирают одну тарелку 15 минут, пританцовывая и никуда не спеша. Больше принципиально здесь заказывать еду не буду.

Брал королевский том-ям, в нем были коктейльные креветки, хотя должны быть королевские, бледные мидии, отвратительный обычный перченый бульон, извините, а за что 20 рублей? и боже, ОТКУДА ТАМ КАРТОШКА СЫРАЯ? Не рекомендую!

Вкусно, относительно недорого, иногда можно сходить, необычно, до еды в самом тае конечно далеко)

Я понял, что я не большой поклонник такой кухни, однако по еде замечаний у меня нет. Начинки в лапше хватает, как и в супах. Все довольно вкусно, а главное - современная система оповещения о готовности заказа с "пейджером": пищит, когда готово. Нет необходимости стоять возле кассы и вглядываться в монитор. Очень удобно!

Брал Фо Бо. Очень плохо. Бульон как от Роллтона, лайма нет, говядина толстыми кусками. Вообще не похоже на то что делают вьетнамцы. Не доел. Но пад тай - лучший в городе , тайцы хуже делают

Худшее место , лучше поешьте местных чебуреков , вок просто ужасен , худшие недоваренный макароны с резиновой говядиной , отвратительный фо бо который ещё и готовят по 30 минут 🤣 хотя они его просто наливают из общей посудины , персонал даже не знает о наличии продуктов за стойкой , после заказала поке с тунцом - его благополучно не оказывается на что просто предлагают доплатить до другого .

Идёт 20я минута ожидания заказа... Это не фаст, фуд ещё не знаю. Дёрнул черт за ногу сдесь что-то взять... Смотрю на сотрудников все болтают, отдайте мне мою еду, о, одна села - сидит, парня минут 10 уже нет (всего вроде их трое). Видимо поэтому азиаты худые, если столько пищу ждать можно и вознестись.
Всех благ тебе читатель, а я ещё подожду, пострадаю.
