The hotel staff are friendly and helpful , if the hotel's rating was based solely on this, then 5 out of 5. now to + and - :
+ : excellent location of the hotel , everything is close, it is convenient to get to any part of Beograd, reading the bed and good mattresses , there are rooms for non-smokers, good breakfasts that's all, now k - :
In the floor of the bathrooms (they are toilet rooms, the bathroom is combined , I don't know if all the rooms , but two of which I was in were like this) there are drain pipes, they have a very unpleasant smell, there are leaks in one of the rooms (the facade probably leaks) There is an old renovation under the ceiling.
If I return from this hotel, it will be exceptional because of the excellent staff and the location of the hotel.

The hotel froze in the 80s of the last century. The location is great, the rooms are large. The staff is polite, but they usually respond to many requests: we do not have this.

The elevator is steep, the Lobby is gorgeous (by the standards of the 90s or even the 80s, but it has its own style).
The rooms are a scoop, they look better in the photo here than in reality.
My bathroom light wasn't working. Hot water is slightly warmer than cold water. The windows are the cheapest - there is no sound insulation at all.
But most of all, I was disappointed that already at the check-out I was pleased that they had lost my booking information and offered to pay them again. Of course, I did not pay, I had to look for an invoice from the Island in an emergency to prove to them that I had already paid after all. The muzzles twisted, but fell behind. At least I didn't miss the plane - I left 3 hours before departure. I don't come here anymore, if such a situation had happened about 2 hours before departure, I would definitely have missed the flight because of them.

The breakfast is excellent, the staff is helpful, but does not know Russian. The hotel needs cosmetic repairs. The location is great. Overall, I liked the hotel.
