Hello everyone We were at this hotel from August 15th to 22nd. Overall impression: we liked it!
Instead of the standard room, the family got a two–room room with a kitchen, a balcony, a kettle, a microwave, a refrigerator, a stove. Once they heated cocoa for a child in the microwave. The building stands away from the noise, it's quiet and cool there. The conde is good.
Daily cleaning with swans, replacement of towels, Left money on the first day and everything is ok.
Their disadvantages: towels are not boiling white but a little grayish.
Food: everything is delicious, of course everything gets boring. Grilled every day – chicken fish cutabs, in the morning they bake Viennese waffles. There are a lot of fresh vegetables and herbs in different versions, salads and simple.
Wi-Fi is great - YouTube flies, it was also possible to work.
2 pools: children's slide, children are delighted. There is no animation, in the evening there is music at the pool bar. There are many disco bars and restaurants nearby.
Another disadvantage: sometimes the dishes are poorly washed, the solution is to take another plate. All.
Also, a herd of wild boars runs through the streets near the hotel at night, eating in the garbage. There are Muslims there, they would have eaten long ago.
It's close to the sea. The hotel does not have its own beach, you can buy a drink on the beach at the cafe, this is who likes to lie down. Also, there is a long beach line, and many urban free beaches.
Special attention: nearby there is a high eco–path for several km in the shade of pine trees along the sea - it connects Marmaris and Icmeler. While there is no baking in the morning, it is very healthy to walk and swim there on the most beautiful beaches of Marmaris.
We visited the water park in Marmaris, we did not regret it, we liked it. There is a transfer to/from the hotel. If you take tickets in advance a day in advance, it is cheaper by 1000 rubles than a day in a day.
Transfer to the airport in a comfortable Mercedes sedan. In general, everything is great.

We will rate the hotel at 4/10
Good service, a fairly comfortable room.
One of the disadvantages is the monotonous and very oily food. Very poor Internet connection and the first impression of an unmade room (it was cleaned in the morning at our request.)
If you do not hang a do not disturb sign, the room is cleaned every day.
We didn't like the hotel guide. When communicating with people, we learned that the prices for excursions are overstated by the hotel guides by 2 or even 3 times.
If you dream of seeing Pamukkale's 8 unrecognized wonders of the world, then it is a very great recommendation to find a Hek Tour company. They are located on the waterfront, not far from the Green Nature Diamond Hotel, there are also signs of Frome Rush here and Mr. magnificent Islam, so as not to get lost for sure. Alexander turned out to be very responsive, helped in choosing the tour, told all the nuances from and to. Everything that was promised was fulfilled. The guide Elena told and showed everything very interestingly.
We also recommend taking several excursions at once.
A boat trip on the open sea left the most positive impressions.
Marmaris itself is very beautiful and attractive, I liked everything except the hotel.

I had a rest in July 2024. I liked everything, I lived in the main complex (out of 3) in a small room on the 4th floor (the last one). The room is small, cozy, the plumbing is good, everything works, the air conditioner works, the hair dryer, the refrigerator, the TV is there, they work. Towels were changed every day, there are no beach towels. The room was not cleaned every day, my place is clean and I asked not to clean it. The elevator is working, wifi was only working by the pool (lobby area, dining room). The hotel has 2 swimming pools, sun beds with mattresses, umbrellas. There was enough food, quite diverse, who wants a lot of seafood - you are at 5 *. Fruits: oranges, apples, watermelon. Ice cream, cakes for lunch and dinner. I was collecting water in a cooler. Beer, wine, spirits were poured in the bar, I can't judge the quality - I haven't tried it. Coffee and juices from the vending machine are not natural, but edible. The staff is helpful, but not everyone understands Russian (even at the reception). The guests of different nationalities, all peaceful, but a couple of times at night they periodically brawled, not paying attention to the interests of others (the British sinned with this, because the mat and swearing were in English). Warning: it is better to buy excursions and spa treatments after you check out in the city. A chaise longue on the beach is 100 lira, you can go to the free beach, but there are no chaise longues, so take a mat. The overall impression is very good, I would like to go to this hotel again!

1. Wi-Fi works only in the reception area, further throughout the hotel you are practically without communication if you do not use roaming or have not bought a local SIM card.
2. The dining room in the hotel is 2 out of 5. For my taste, you can only eat fresh vegetables, rice/pasta and meat (chicken/beef). The rest, for me personally, is not edible. If you want to "gourmet in a hotel, then this choice is definitely not for you."
3. I haven't tried the pools, I can't say anything. I went to the sea. In terms of external size, the pools are small, it is inconvenient to swim in them.
4. We had rooms in the hotel on the 3rd and 4th floors (of 4 floors), the rooms are comfortable, clean, all plumbing is in order. There are no questions here. The rooms are cleaned every day, cleaned well.
5. There is a Russian-speaking administrator at the reception, but they work day after day, i.e. you can get to an English speaker, but in general they try to help and if you do not understand them, they try to explain why +
The hotel itself is located about 10-15 minutes walk from the sea.
If you evaluate the hotel as a whole, then the hotel is for "once" and then if you are traveling with friends, comrades, and you just need the hotel itself to "sleep a night". If you plan to spend most of the day at the hotel by the pool, then I do not recommend it because of the small size of both the space at the hotel by the pools and the pools themselves, also because of the elementary low quality of Wi-Fi throughout the hotel and still not the most varied food in the dining room at the hotel.

Upon check-in, we found a decent lobby at the hotel, but a very dirty room. We didn't have time for dinner for 20 minutes, they gave us a cheese sandwich at the reception. Better than nothing, of course, but I was waiting for the second bummer: the pools here are open until 17.00

One bar was open, alcohol was on the order of three, you can drink, but not everything is delicious.
Next by number: streaks on the shower wall, dirty mirror, dust and wrappers on the floor, scoops on the toilet bowl (they precipitated as much as possible). There's also a puddle on the bathroom floor, and hair in the bed.
We reported this to the reception, they did not apologize or react.
After the tour operator complained, the maid came and said that the toilet was scratched (and I washed it myself when I checked in)))))
The food is normal, there is something to choose
The beer is fine, the wine is terrible
Next to the hotel, 5 meters from the porch, a wild boar regularly eats from the trash can.

I had a rest in June 2024. Nice hotel. This is a very convenient place to visit the most beautiful sights of Kas, Fethiye, Akyak, Icmelera, on foot to the center of Marmaris. The rooms are good, the hotel has water slides for children and adults, 2 swimming pools. Attentive and helpful staff, some speak Russian. I'll go there again.

The only advantage of this hotel is the food. Next in order.
1. The room cleaning is disgusting. We just changed the bag in the trash.
2. Towels were changed every day, bed linen 1 time a week (this item suited me)
3. The air conditioners in the rooms do NOT work, and everyone complained from two buildings. There is 40 degrees of heat outside, and in room 38 there is an eternal war to have it repaired, but all in vain!
4. The hotel is 4* but there were not even disposable toothbrushes at check-in, so keep this in mind when you get ready for this hotel!
5. The hotel does not have its own beach and accordingly does not issue beach towels, so take it with you.
6. Pools are not monitored at all during the day, garbage, dirt, slush are always lying around, and I don't say anything about sun beds at all. Mattresses go to the sun beds, so it seems to me that these mattresses have everything from human feces to unicorn urine, just 🤮
7. There is one slide, but water is served on it for 1 hour in the morning and 1 hour after lunch, although the pool itself is open. From 9 to 18
8. Only one room card is given, it does not matter if 2 or 3 people check into the room. Which is as strange as possible, I have never seen this before.
In general, the hotel is very tired, everything is very old, the plumbing is crumbling before our eyes, everything is rusty and leaky. In general: this is the worst hotel in which I have ever spent my holidays! It's NOT worth the money, much less 4*.

I liked the hotel. I had to get used to the elevator in the hotel, it's a peculiar one. The kitchen is normal, though monotonous. There is a swimming pool. The hotel has a Russian-speaking staff at the reception, in principle, everyone understands Russian. Several flags, including the Russian one, are flying over the hotel.

We stopped by for one day. A Lot Of Foreigners. There were three of us, two adults and a 10-year-old child. We were given a two-room room, which was pleasantly surprised. Everything was included. The food was monotonous, the assortment was meager and the drinks were of average quality. I do not advise anyone to stop for a day to have a normal rest here.

If you decide to choose this hotel based on the ratings, give up this idea.
And it's not 4 stars, but a bad 3.
Cleaning consists ONLY of replacing some gray towels with other gray ones.
The floor is not washed or swept.
We live in the "best" version, and the apartments. We were relocated from osnovnogr, because there ... well, words cannot convey, it's a pity from the shock, I didn't think to take a picture. Therefore, the photo is only of our room.
I'll tell you right away about the food. As they say, you will not stay hungry. But... beer and wine were tried from alcohol. The wine is disgusting, local. Juices are hellish chemistry.
Glasses are not washed at all. A thick layer of different lips and fingers. We drink from disposable ones.
It's definitely not worth going with children, Americans, British, etc., hang out until 12 with loud music.
The hotel is for very poor Europeans. Russians, after all, are somehow more squeamish)
The linen has not been changed once in a week. The sheets are torn, as they were not asked to change, the cart is still there.

Just from there!! I recommend it!!! It's 7 minutes to the sea, the staff is on the level, the food - my grandson and I liked everything. Take tours only from guides!!!! Those who took it on the side bitterly regretted it... I recommend. 😄

Of the advantages:
Not large but clean rooms, everything works, Russian channels are available, hair dryer, shampoos, soap, gel were all replenished during. Cleaning at least every day, towels were changed on demand. The staff is polite, everyone is smiling. There was enough food for everyone, alcohol, wine, beer, vodka, whiskey, various cocktails...
the beach is 5 minutes away.

The hotel is generally not bad. The rooms look decent, they are cleaned every day. We had a spacious balcony, a small refrigerator in the room, a hair dryer, all kinds of shampoos, soaps and even thread. 2 swimming pools, which is very cool, a bar with drinks, good food, in AI a bunch of times a day just eat and drink). A huge disadvantage is that I didn't catch WiFi almost anywhere, more or less on the bar. For a day or two I didn't catch anywhere at all, it was terribly annoying. There were a lot of British, fewer Russians. In principle, the hotel is calm without parties and animators. We had our own animators- behind one wall, black girls making loud noises in the night, and behind the other, annoying guys from Az. By the way, we were told in the description of the hotel that this is line 2. In fact, the guide said it was the 3rd or 4th.

A very bad hotel! Theft is really rampant here! They stole 1000 lire, opened my suitcase, which was locked! They hit my suitcase ! Housekeepers! The hotel administration did not help in any way! The rooms are not cleaned dirty! The queue for the grill in the canteen! There was a fire in the kitchen, the electrical wiring failed! It's better not to go there, it's better to dig up and choose a better one!

I'll leave as many stars as the hotel has. Do not look at the visualizations after the renovation, which are presented on the websites of travel agencies. There is a new and an old queue, it was clear in advance that they would settle in the old one. Since I was going to the sea, in general, I was not going to sit in the room. I also got a room with a view of some kind of back door, my eyes rested on the trees and the neighboring apartments.
The numbers are not terrible, but it is clear that they are not the first freshness at all. Scratches on the dressing table, the doors to the balcony and to the bathroom are closed only if physical force is applied, the front door does not inspire confidence, it seemed that at any moment it would be opened with one finger. Clean, tidy, but the bed linen was not changed once during the week of stay, only refueled. The hair dryer is old, it works in one mode. Most of all, I was surprised by the landline phone, which was for show, and the wire was cut off. There are two towels per person: the usual one and for the legs (although towels are changed, thanks for that). There is no kettle in the room (if anyone was hoping, they just write somewhere that there is).
By the pool, in general, there were always places. There was always a place to land at breakfast and dinner, too. I won't say much about the food, since I was mainly interested in vegetables, raw and grilled, and they were always there, also very tasty wine, which was a surprise at all inclusive. They don't know how to cook meat, pasta – especially since for some reason there is no traditional Turkish yogurt at breakfast. But there is something to eat if you do not hope for Michelin stars.
About the location of the hotel: the sea is not far away, you can choose a place to stay, a sunbed with an umbrella is everywhere for a drink, you can also find areas free of sun beds if you want to sit on the sand.
On the way back, there is a risk of getting lost, since the hotel is hidden among its kind, but this way you can get to know a lot of people. Not far from the center. On foot for about half an hour, but you can also take a minibus. If you want to see the castle, the port, go shopping, everything is nearby.
The last fly in the ointment: I asked the reception to wake me up at night before departure, the employee wrote everything down, said he would call, to which I reminded him about the non-working phone, then promised to knock. And – nothing. I woke up myself, and he didn't think it necessary to bother himself.

We were in an apartment in a separate building, everything was in marble, we had to suffer with Wi-Fi (I took the wrong password), they feed all sorts of sweets, meat, salads, watermelons, melons, delicious beer, the pool is clean (my wife swam), do not take a hotel guide (at 3!!! THREE TIMES more expensive than on the street) , there is a Russian speaker at the counter ! Lemons, olives, and bougainvillea grow nearby. My wife and I really liked it!!!

The rooms are dirty, the bed linen was changed 2 times during the rest of 8 nights) There was a food stain, it was simply turned over and hidden behind a pillow. The food is monotonous, after 2 days there was nothing to eat😂The same thing) The drain in the shower is bad, water collects near the door, due to this mustiness and humidity. The hotel was booked for only a day, we were passing through. The rooms are small and clean, but the trouble is with Wi-Fi. Only in the reception area, and you won't connect every other time ((( it is very important for working moments abroad. I do not recommend this hotel for accommodation, especially with children.
It's very dirty and disgusting. They smoke everywhere.
The food is disgusting, there is no choice, even they manage to spoil the chicken. There is a barbecue outside, all the food is in a ton of vegetable oil. Only salads, cucumbers/tomatoes/cabbage are edible.
The room itself is different from the photos, terrible hard mattresses, the toilet is not fixed, the shower does not close, the cheapest furniture. In general, do not skimp on a hotel like we do, so that you do not regret it later((((

We had a rest with a large company in October of the 23rd year
Upon check-in, for 2 chocolates, they gave a great room with a sea view. I was surprised by the variety of food and alcohol, oddly enough good wine, there is a lot of food to choose from, unfortunately there is no private beach to reach the public, but it was not particularly annoying. A lot of British people had a rest, they are not so noisy, our mentality is the same) They even left an additional card for the tips left in the room. WI-FI is available in the lobby and by the pools. In the evenings, you can meet wild boars near the hotel))) I recommend a good city hotel.

Not a bad hotel, they settled us in a new building outside the main building, we really liked the room, everything was new and clean, it even had apartments with a stove, dishes, etc! But the walls are cardboard, you can hear all the neighbors.
The territory is not large, everything is very compactly located, there is not enough space. The pools are clean. The food is monotonous every day, but you won't stay hungry. Alcohol is all the same, not delicious! The bartenders are mean! A solid three, not up to four!

That's how I returned from my vacation and this hotel for a couple of days.
If you don't go around and "sniff out" some cons, then it's really nothing.
According to nutrition , chicken meat is often , beef is lula and liver . There were nuggets and meat sticks. In general, you will not stay hungry .
It 's a pity that there was only a watermelon from the fruit . But no one canceled the trip to the store . The staff works for 4 (a lot of guys, but there is always a sense)
But we come on vacation , not to watch others work .
The location of the hotel is really good , not by the road.
You can 't write about the city itself . It's cool.
Especially the street of bars (separation for all and everyone for you .....))))
In general , I recommend the city and the hotel .

We just returned from this hotel. In short: two buildings, two pools, one slide (it seemed to work). wi-fi is disgusting, i.e. there is no word for it at all, even paid. We got a good room, but I heard someone swearing at the reception and asked to move, the conclusion is that not all rooms are good, as they come across. They clean it every other time. The bed linen has not been changed in 7 days. Meal....you will not stay hungry, but there is no choice. There are no fish. There is only one soup and not very much. They made a mess, filled the stomach with something, and that's it. Fruits: only watermelon and sometimes melon. Water in coolers (there are two of them, one at the reception is almost always empty and in the dining room), bottled only for lunch and dinner. There are no cups. All drinks, including coffee /tea in disposable cups, alcoholic beverages in glasses (dirty, with traces of lipsticks) Are removed from the tables quickly, so quickly that you can still chew, and the plate is already being removed. There is no beach of its own, therefore towels too, even by the pool.
