The navigator took us to a completely different place, we didn't even know about this monument. And suddenly they saw him. Of course, we stopped right away to inspect it.
It should be noted that there are very few sculptures of horsemen in Belarus, so the monument to Vseslav the Magician interested us very much.
The prince's activity is of great historical importance.
The sculpture is very good, realistic.
We do not know why it is installed in this particular place in Polotsk - there is probably a reason for that. But perhaps she would have looked better in another place and the approach to her would have been better.
Meanwhile, we have returned home and are going to carefully study the information about Prince Vseslav.

Near the monument to Vseslav the Magician, there was a small cafe in the "Polotsk hotel". My granddaughter and I often went there and walked around the monument after the cafe. We took a lot of photos. We specially read the legend of the Magician. And now there are no cafes, drinks and ice cream in the store behind the busy road. It became uninteresting.
