Well, it's a fairly average institution. The prices are too high. If only after a fun feast to come and eat in the morning, then super. And so, when there is no choice, you can go in and have a snack. In Kokshetau, in principle, there are not many places to roam, there is at least some alternative.

The exterior has a pleasant interior. Polite staff. Salads are served in fact in a sauce pan, as a result, a very small portion. When ordering for 4 people, the order is not delivered evenly. As a result, they took turns eating while in the company, which is not comfortable. When serving tea and compote, they did not give tea glasses, on request. Of the 4 tea cups, 3 are very dirty. Branded noodles must be waited for a very long time. They left without waiting for the hot stuff. I do not recommend it.
