So 3 stars just because every time you visit the Ladies of Fashion, you are greeted from the doorstep by extremely unwelcoming, not friendly, receptionists who are inclined to passive-aggressive communication, I do not require a smile, I work in the service sector myself, and I understand perfectly well how difficult it is to serve with a smile at the end of the working day. But I also understand that the elementary, basic things that an administrator should voice , chill out, prompt , at least he should, not to say that he must.For example: about the service , about the use of the device , about the add-on. materials (sticks, mat, hat, glasses, creams, etc.) and what is not so important!! About the payment method , because there are nuances here too . There is one cost when paying by card, and another when paying in cash. And, to be honest, if I hadn't worked in a similar field myself, I would have given one star, the administrator is the face of the salon and this is the first face that the client meets when visiting the establishment. There was criminal news on TV right in my ear, and when I asked if I could turn it off, the master said "I'm listening," even though she wasn't interested in anything other than texting on her phone. And the receptionist, when she came to pay, chatted about personal matters and didn't even stop while she was counting. She left-neither goodbye, nor "come back again."
They will never even offer water, let alone tea and coffee. It's a strange customer-oriented approach.
