The hotel consists of separate houses in the second line. Ours was for five bedrooms, 5 bathrooms. A huge living room on the ground floor, a small kitchen on the second. Sauna, swimming pool. The house is simply gorgeous - large and comfortable. They brought what they asked for to the kitchen. The staff is friendly. There is a restaurant on site, there is an excellent local breakfast for 17 manat. The kitchen is very good. Lula is just a fire. The territory is green and equipped.
The downside is that the hotel is on the motorway. The noise of cars didn't bother us, but the crossing was quite far away, and we had to run across. There is no beach of its own, hotels were paid for the sea from the first line.

A nightmare! Not even like that, A NIGHTMARE!!! Everything that can be done wrong in the hotel business has been done wrong. The house was not ready for arrival, they arrived in the morning, they knew in the panorama how many of us and at what time we would arrive, it was discussed with them several times. We settled in, in the morning we made a list of what we need to bring, fix, do, remove. They gave it to the reception, received sworn assurances that everything would be at its best and that was it! Nobody did anything. They didn't even bring towels. The house stinks in all the bathrooms from the sewer, at my request to do something about it (there is a smell of urine in the whole house because of this), the owner of the hotel told me that we pee on the floor, so it stinks!!! 9 days spent in this place were a real nightmare. The accommodation was prepaid, we were naturally refused to return the money so that we could go to another hotel, but we were persistently asked to pay extra for every move! Cleaning after a scandal, 1 time in 9 days. To get to the beach, either walk a kilometer in the sun directly along the roadway to the nearest crossing, or run through 6 lanes of busy traffic. Breakfast is meager and monotonous, 9 days, sausage, butter, boiled egg, fried egg. Coffee is only instant, there is no normal coffee even for money. Upon check-in, we were told that visiting the beach opposite the hotel is included in the price, the next day they changed their mind and said they had nothing for free. The cost of the transfer from the hotel is 4 times higher than the cost of a taxi.
The staff is as relaxed as possible. Starting from the manager and ending with the cleaner. Absolutely negative impression about the hotel. And like a cherry, the director of the hotel a couple of days before arrival, asked us to buy and bring him a car alarm system, and he will give us the money on the spot. Bought, brought. They announced the cost, gave a check, 15600 rubles, the first day in Baku, we do not know the course. I was told that it was 225 manat, I said OK, and then it turned out that it was 280 manat. A trifle, of course, but very revealing. Zaur good luck with the alarm!
