I used to love this place very much, of all the places in Minsk there was the best shawarma, I was always happy to buy it. Now, it has clearly decreased in size, visible to the naked eye. There is little filling, only one sauce, and it tastes so-so, like water with mayonnaise, and the shawarma just floats in it. I ordered a shawarma with shrimps, there were two shrimps in it, honestly, I was very upset, and the rest of the filling was so-so: the cucumber was bitter. It is simply unrealistic to sit in the institution itself: the atmosphere is oppressive, the music is playing very loudly, you can't hear anything, I ordered home delivery. She specified the time "at 20:00". They brought me an hour earlier than they thought, it's unclear if I'm not at home. In general, the institution has clearly slipped down, not a foot there anymore

It's terrible, maybe 5 years ago there was a normal shawarma, now the lavash is twisted into 10 layers, a couple of small meat cores and a cucumber.
BUT, the most untidy thing for me is the service!
For the third time in a row, I took the shawarma and asked not to add tomatoes, but when I got home, I found that they were added anyway! Shawarma for a throwaway, the mood is ruined. In addition, when delivering from the app, I wrote in huge letters WITHOUT TOMATOES in the comments to the order, but they put them down anyway. I HATE TOMATOES. We ordered a mushroom shawarma. Not only were there two mushrooms per half kg of shawarma, they also turned out to be tasteless, canned and watery. Have you ever tried canned mushrooms in a shawarma? They don't even give a hint of mushroom flavor. The sauce was chosen "sour cream", the composition of which is 50% mayonnaise, 50% water! Disgusting and not tasty. Cucumbers are so salty that they don't fit the taste at all. Try to eat this shawarma yourself, shame and shame.

Disgusting shawarma. It used to be ten times better. I was a regular customer, now I'll never come here in my life. The last time I took sour cream and mushrooms, as always, there was little meat, the pita bread was all cracked and a ton of cabbage. The reviews in the app are answered with a regular copy paste.

Заказ был сделан сегодня за 20мин, через приложение. С комментарием вместо солёного огурца, свежий. На этикетке указано верно, а внутри нет, а так шаурма вкусная, но иногда не читаются комментарии к заказу увы. Один раз даже заказ мой отдали кому-то. Пришлось ещё ждать пока сделают мой заказ.

There is not even one star to put here, because after eating shawarma in this "wonderful institution" I felt terribly ill, I was poisoned.
The shawarma tasted unsaturated, it seemed as if the sauce and the rest of the ingredients were not fresh, there was a lot of sauce, the shawarma was too greasy, to the point that the bottom just fell apart and a lot of fat flowed down.
Two bites were enough for me to understand that the product was not fresh and poorly cooked.

We ordered a novelty with truffle, and were disappointed. It's twisted badly, there's salted bacon in the filling, and the filling itself is offensively small, there are real voids inside under the shell of pita bread (which splashes from above under the pressure of the sauce, and you can't bite through from below, because it's piled in 4 layers). As for the "truffles" themselves, everything is also sad, the aroma and aftertaste are barely felt. There is a feeling that under the influx of those who want to try a novelty, they simply unloaded the available ingredient in a bucket of ordinary sour cream-based sauce, so that it would certainly be enough for everyone. If it is not possible to sell the product at the proper level, you can simply put "unavailable to order" (which is the norm of this institution).

If the minimum waiting time is 30 minutes and you place an order in advance, then the notification of the order's readiness may well (and not infrequently) come in 13 minutes, as a result, the order will lie with them and soak while you are on the way. Conversely, if the waiting limit is 15 minutes, then 30-35 minutes may pass from the moment of order to payment.
