Only once they did it right (that time they also buried it well - the best shawarma was for all time)

The call center does not make orders, the site cheats with the waiting time.
Be careful with pickup orders, I would not be surprised if you receive an SMS that the order will be ready in 10 minutes, you will come for it, and they will tell you "wait another hour, you just did not download the application, you did not subscribe to our newsletter and therefore we deceived you with the waiting time"
