A very long service in the hall, we ordered a 30cm pizza and it arrived only after 40 minutes. And this was with an empty hall, there were 2-3 other people besides us.
Priority is on delivery, not on the gym.
Employees go for sodas and snacks to neighboring establishments right during working hours. It's noticeable.
I had to repeat the order 3 times at the checkout.
At least this branch of PJ is so-so, I don't recommend it.

In addition, there were no drinks in liter bottles in the institution, as a result, entering the position of the institution, they took 2 0.5
In addition, even before the pizza was brought to us, it was noticed that the place was being cleaned using bleach, which was lying on the table where people would then sit, there was an abandoned mop and slates in the hall. Of course, we understand everything, but usually, when guests are there, they do not clean the premises.
The next point already concerns the order itself, namely pizza
Which, as soon as it was brought, was first cut very crookedly, and secondly, it smelled very strongly of butter.
At that moment, we already went to the administrator, after our complaint about an incorrectly punched receipt, we were refunded the cost of the sides, and they said to the complaint about the smell of oil that they did not use it and assured that it was garlic sauce, I doubt that garlic smells like butter or like melted margarine. We were asked about what is used for kneading dough, we were assured that they do not use anything like that, but I think anyone familiar with these positions will understand that pizza usually smells of bread, cheese and stuffing (in our case, mushrooms and ham, which is difficult to kill in pizza)
Speaking of the filling, I also want to note that the sausages in the sides were already soaked and almost dry. The kitchen apparently does not know how to store food and does not know the norm.
It was also noticed that the chefs do not use gloves, and on their head is a cap that does not completely hide the hair
We came out extremely disappointed, we really expected more for the amount that we gave, and not what we received

Some kind of collective farm at this address. I ordered a pizza for 12,000 via glovo. Paid at 15:30. The delivery was supposed to be by the courier of the institution at 16 or 16:30, now it's 17:00 - no one is there after an hour and a half. By phone, they gave Pavel's manager's phone number through Glovo. This "manager" did not pick up the phone three times, he does not call back. The previous phone is no longer available. Now he's trying to find out something. For example, whether the courier received the order at all, who is the courier, where is the courier. Papa Johns Pizzeria has one name here. No one even picks up the phone. Don't order anything here. In fact, the quality is the same as in other places, but there is simply no service.

I made an order at Papa John's. In addition to pizza, cheese rolls/bagels were also ordered. In a serving - 4 pcs. Delivered. It feels like these bagels were made from some leftovers. I'm not talking about the fact that, in principle, they probably didn't try to put cheese inside. But the appearance. Each subsequent roll was smaller than the previous one. And as a result, the 4th roulette was exactly half of the first one. It's like someone has already half eaten it. I wrote to the cafe itself, sent there both videos and photos of these "author's" rolls. There was no reaction.
