"Papa roasts" is actively advertised in many places. This is a fast food restaurant (street food). By itself, the meaning of fast food implies that it will be cooked quickly. Most of the time, the staff really successfully coped with this task. However, when on a Friday evening you purposefully go (because it takes a long time to wait for delivery) to taste delicious pancakes, you arrive at one point there is a break (Okay, it happens). You go to another point, a larger one, and they tell you "sorry, there are a lot of orders, the waiting time is 30 minutes." (OK). You drive back to another point, and there they tell you "the waiting time is 20 minutes."
Dear management, maybe you should think about increasing the staff in order to cope with the load, and not promote yourself as much as possible? After all, it is clearly profitable with such a workload.

We paid for it with the quality of the food. In all the shavukhs, the chicken was just a little toasted, just a little bit. In addition, it was indicated in the comments that there should be no sauce and spices in one shawarma. Naturally, the sauce and spices were everywhere. The French fries were undercooked, of the 6 wings, 2 were straight raw-raw. Pancakes, honestly, are scary to try. Therefore, thank you very much for the quality of your work, I will not set foot on you again.
