Paragraph coffee shop at Leningradskaya 2 left me with mixed impressions. I'll start with the food: the dishes are prepared in Brest and delivered to Minsk in shock freezing. This, of course, affects the waiting time — about 15-20 minutes. I tried spinach pancakes with cream filling and trout (280 g, 19 rubles). The pancakes turned out to be quite satisfying, but the texture was more like pita bread than traditional pancakes. The filling was delicious, there was plenty of fish, but I can't say that it was some kind of gastronomic discovery. Cheesecakes with greens and red fish (250 g, 19 rubles) disappointed me. Either there was too much flour, or the cottage cheese was bad, but I wouldn't order this dish anymore. Americano coffee was also not pleased — sour, with the feeling that the beans were overcooked. This is for an amateur, but it didn't suit me. The service in the coffee shop is friendly, but the cleanliness leaves much to be desired: the tables are not wiped, they show streaks from cups and crumbs. But the room itself is spacious, with floor—to-ceiling windows, which allows you to observe the life of the city - I really like these views. The atmosphere is cozy and calm, relaxed music is playing, there are not many people. It is also worth noting the possibility of accumulating points through their application — a nice bonus for regular visitors. The coffee shop is open on weekdays from 07:30 and on weekends from 10:00. The tables are designed for both large companies and for two people. In general, Paragraph has its pros and cons. Maybe I'll come back here again for the atmosphere and try something different from the menu.

I would like to note that we were in the evening on weekdays, there were plenty of free places, as well as free space for a stroller. I was also pleased with the presence of a high chair for the baby. Fresh flowers, floor lamps combining paintings, large windows. The cappuccino is excellent, the foam is thick. The most delicate meringue roll, very satisfying. Now we will visit more often, in my memory this is the largest cafe with a pleasant interior.
