It's a great place. The halls are quite spacious and the interior is nicely furnished, I especially liked the floor lamps. I rarely drink coffee, but the staff was polite and friendly and were happy to show all the positions presented according to my wishes and advised a very tasty thing in the end:)
There is a slight nuance in the slightly biting prices for the student, given that the institution is literally a couple of steps away from the buildings. I would like more positions in different price segments.

We started working recently. Apparently according to the franchise. An interesting and cozy room. Like all paragraphs. There are large tables for 4-6 people if you need to gather a large company. There are few outlets. It's like a plus (fans of work won't hang out) or a minus (if you really need an outlet and/ or work out. The paintings are good. The coffee is ordinary. It seems to me that the Paragraph network has already raised the price tag a little above average. Cappuccino in September 2024 - 7 rubles, double - 8 (2 - 2.3 euros).
Of the minuses, the information board with price tags is designed so that the inscriptions are read with problems, especially if there are questions about vision

I came to the institution around 3 p.m., the halls are spacious, there is an autumn decor, pleasant music. However, the hall is dirty, it was difficult to find a free place, since most of the tables are occupied by dirty dishes, which were never cleaned during my almost hour-long visit.
In addition, it was a very unpleasant situation when I went to the counter to make an order, both baristas were busy, but I was visible, I stood with my wallet in my hands for about 2-3 minutes, ready to place an order. A girl stood next to me, the barista immediately got distracted from business and took her order, although she came up later, perhaps this is a familiar barista. When the barista placed the order, she looked at me, but did not apologize or say anything, I decided not to make a comment, but there was an extremely unpleasant aftertaste.
The establishment is good, but it is worth paying attention to the work of the staff, to teach them the ethics of communicating with a guest.
I also took a cherry coffee punch, the drink turned out to be very weak, as if it was heavily diluted.

I did not like the concept of this place: I ordered coffee, asked for very hot, emphasizing that it was very important for me, they said to wait
10-15 min - approx. They don't bring coffee, they just shout, but the room is big enough, the music wasn't playing very quietly. After 7 minutes, I came by myself, it turned out my coffee was ready and it was cold. No one from the company heard about them, because they were not sitting next to the barista counter + medium volume music. They offered to redo it, she came up again after a few minutes - the coffee was hot, but it tasted like water with milk, it was impossible to drink, there was no taste of coffee at all. As a result, one of the advantages: the place is beautiful, conveniently located. Cons: coffee is disgusting (in the subway at the train station, at one point, I was made cappuccino from coffee and milk tastier 1000 times!), when coffee is ready, you can only find out if you are sitting under the nose of the barista, if in the corner of the hall or even more so around the corner, then there are great chances to drink cold coffee. Conclusion: you can go for photos, you can't go there for coffee anymore!

I don't know if this is related to my opinion here, but suddenly all the subsequent times I received excellent service, polite treatment, great attention to making coffee: the last time the barista made me a cappuccino (it was not bad), and 3 minutes later he comes up to me with a new mug, apologizes and says that the first The mug was not perfect!
In general, as promised, I change 2 stars to 5. Handsome.
I bet for the location, cozy interior, 10mb/s wi-fi and the coffee itself - 5 stars. But for the system and the quality of service - 1! They forgot about me twice (twice I was reminded), the third time I just took someone's two portions of cappuccino to take away (I ordered one on the spot). 15 minutes of waiting for a small cappuccino is powerful. I was sitting at the counter and constantly saw how people were confused about whose order was. Take the banal Starbucks system with personalized orders, sign cups - this is the same marketing base, it's a plus for you. Even in cheap coffix, they are called by name.
I will go because of the positive aspects, but I will be happy to correct the assessment when you set up the order issuance system.

I visited this coffee shop yesterday - in general, the interior is really beautiful, as they say in social networks, but the staff work is terrible! firstly, there is no banal greeting, even when I said goodbye and wished a good evening - the barista did not answer anything; secondly, I made an order and somehow it is strange that the barista first of all made all the drinks that were AFTER me, and then I had my match; v3, still need to teach the barista to communicate with customers, and not to talk about what he likes and what he doesn't like about drinks, when he wasn't asked about it :)

The appliances were not given, I had to ask again, but they were not clean, they said they needed to be washed. By the way, the landing was ~ 30% and few people ate at that time. I had to clean the plates from the table myself and wipe the table with a napkin the same way. A lot of people came to take pictures.
