After the first meeting, Tatiana removed all my pseudo-diagnoses, forcing me to think differently about my condition. For the first time in a long time, I felt hope and trust in a specialist. About six months of regular meetings with Tatiana have already passed. During this period, I experienced a real inner revolution! From a woman who was always in doubt and lost her bearings, I turned into a confident, determined person who knows her purpose. If my head was full of worries and family conflicts before, now I clearly understand who I am, what I want to achieve and what my future life should be. Most importantly, I stopped being afraid to act, started actively achieving my goals and getting amazing results that change my life in an exceptionally positive way. Relations with loved ones have also improved — they note the positive dynamics, notice the joy in their eyes and the new energy that filled our family. I do not recommend it! They turned rather out of learned helplessness. We were afraid that it would be even worse in other places. It brought everything from the indifference of the doctor at the reception to the outright rudeness of paramedic Alexander (for some reason they called him varvar). After the ivs from binge drinking, my husband could barely move his legs and his neck was still twisting terribly. No one cared. The last straw- they were called to the house in March. I slept for an hour. I woke up even more restless than before the IV. The doctor didn't even pick up the phone, he didn't answer the phone. The administrator was feeding her with promises like "he's about to call back." We reached them a week later!!!!!! It turned out: they don't work like sanitary days!!!!! And a doctor from another center came and said that they had closed it. Because the services were poorly provided, and people complained. In my opinion, the office is murky. Even if it's hyped up.

They called to call a doctor at home. The operator offered free time at 21.00. They agreed and waited. From 21.15 they called from different numbers, but they couldn't get through. They wrote in the messenger. We received a half-reply at 22:15, please wait. At 23.07, we managed to talk with the operator, who informed us that she had just taken over and could not offer us the arrival of a doctor at home at 21.00. She also couldn't tell about the additional waiting time. She just said that we have two options: to wait in silence or to refuse the application. As a result, they refused at 00.20, as they found a doctor who was guaranteed to arrive within an hour and it cost much less. They take orders without being able to fulfill them. The company lacks responsibility, punctuality and respect for its patients. For me, this company is blacklisted FOREVER.
