For 2 years in a row, I did highlights for Elena, everything was fine, but I came 3 times that week, everything was disgusting. Apparently Elena wrote off somewhere, then to talk on the phone, then coffee with a cigarette. The amount for highlighting is 40p for the whole hair, but she dyed only the regrown hair. At first, she seemed to start painting with small strands, then they started calling her, she had to go away to talk and then she made thick strands - it turned out to be a calkhosis on her head, small and thick strands and painted only from above, the paint did not work well, both white and red strands turned out. It turned out that one half is still somehow colored, and the second one has almost no highlights. Well done Elena. The paint was washed off badly, the whole head was covered in white pellets. Immediately after shampooing, she began to comb her wet hair and said well done - You can't comb wet hair, but....What's with Elena??? We were in a hurry to talk on the phone and decided to spoil someone else's hair, well, you said you didn't like long hair, so if you don't like it doesn't mean you have to spoil it for others. They put me in the dryer, my hair was not completely dry, everything was slicked on my head, I thought she would dry and put it on with a hair dryer as always, but in the end she threw me a comb and said comb it as you need, that's how you couldn't tear yourself away from an important conversation on the phone. What did I pay you for, if you did half the work and ruined everything, if you don't want to work, why spoil other people's hair???
They came to talk to her, so she's still blatantly lying!!! Saying everything is beautiful with her and says write a complaint to me anyway.
Do you seriously not understand??? Everyone can see that you dyed only the regrown hair, but took it as for the entire length, do you really think that I will not go to complain? You messed up my hair.

It's a disgusting barbershop, that's what they do, they run around smoking and drinking coffee. Women, don't come here, don't ruin your hair.

Thanks a lot to the male master Tatiana. She cut her husband's hair perfectly. Everything is as we wanted. Now her regular customers! A nice price, for such a quality of service.
