Мой опыт работы с этим банком оставил много негативных впечатлений. Обслуживание клиентов было крайне неэффективным – долгое ожидание в очереди, отсутствие внимания к клиентам со стороны персонала. Ответы на мои вопросы были поверхностными и не давали полной информации.
