They didn't give me the loan I wanted, but that's okay. On Monday, there is a call from the bank, they are interested in how the service went by the bank's specialist. I told him how it was and what I wanted from the bank. We got into the situation, apologized, and gave the loan the way I needed it. Well done, you've improved. The employee should not be punished, only scolded. They don't give you two for one broken man.
