The most lamp-lit shopping center in the city. I advise everyone. The prices are pleasing, lower than in the shops in the city center. Everything is clean and tidy. There are conditions for the disabled (although in parking lots for the disabled there are all sorts of untermenshi on Porsches and Mercedes. And there are no more halls in the toilets than in the Minsk shopping centers.
