The place of the estate is very beautiful, the food is delicious!
But, unfortunately, our expectations were too high about the service. All the reviews we heard were good, but on the wedding day, a lot of things did not go according to plan.
The timings of the administrator and the waiters were not respected, our homemade cookies were not placed on the tables either, until we said so. The children sat and looked at the empty tables until the parents and the coordinator informed them that the children needed to be served hot.
After a while, we heard from many guests that there was no chicken in the salad with chicken. How could this happen?!
And, frankly, the portions were very small (sliced and hot). Perhaps after the weddings on Friday and Saturday, there were leftovers for our wedding on Sunday?!
The toilets were not well cleaned, the tables were also not cleaned on time.
Unfortunately, everything that was on the tables, as well as the service, did not justify the money paid.
Apologies were made personally, only when we wrote a review to the administrator ourselves. But on the evening of the wedding, no one apologized to us, I'm not even talking about some kind of discount.
We advise the restaurant to work more carefully on the service and not to deceive people.

In the children's room, to look after the child, you need to pay 10 rubles per hour, if you want to rent bicycles or scooters, pay for a bathrobe with a spa. Let's start in order.
The only signpost when driving along the road is a tiny sign printed on a COLOR printer and attached to an old pole.
Moving on, you are immediately greeted by a gate and an exciting dialogue with the guard. Further, immediately after the entrance, there are no signs at the reception.
Reception. And then the fascinating attraction begins. The house was booked in advance by phone specifically. They move into another one. Before check-in, we received a call and were told that lunch would be at the restaurant from 13-15. We arrived at 15.45. We didn't have time for lunch, but from the day of our arrival, it turned out that lunches are from 14.00-16.00. My request to reschedule this lunch for the day of departure was refused twice. Such a petty issue had to be resolved immediately upon check-in through the manager.
Next, you will be given a black-and-white hotel card printed on a printer and room keys (which look like keys to a utility room).
Then you go to the houses, which do not have any numbering.
They settled into a house in which it was 14 degrees and there was no hot water. The house warmed up to 22 degrees only by the middle of the next day. The drain in the shower does not work well, you wash and all the water flows under the toilet and onto the floor. The plumber did not solve the problem. The pillows are made of stone. There is no pillow menu here. The floor is covered in tiles and incredibly cold. The house is completely not cozy, there is a dirty rug at the entrance, there are no blankets, there are no blackout curtains, the faucet in the sink is like from the 90s.
There is simply no information in the house about entertainment, restaurant opening hours.
Breakfast: It was the worst buffet in my entire life. Nothing has changed in 4 days. Omelet (not scramble) as in the garden on an iron baking sheet, sausages, baked casserole as in the garden, everything is the same as an omelet and simple pancakes and THAT's IT. Porridge of terrible appearance and taste appeared on the 3rd day.
I asked to cook an omelet with ham and cheese - I was refused.
SPA. It also has a clock entry. The SPA is tiny. A small swimming pool, salt chamber, cisterns and 2 baths. You definitely don't have to go here. Just made to show that there is a Spa.
Official cars are rushing around the territory and do not slow down, and it is clear that these are often not guests. Put up signs with a speed limit of 20 km and explain the rules for traveling around the hotel by car.
There was a complete impression that the hotel was created not for the guest to relax and feel welcome and cared for in this place, but simply for money laundering.
There are 3 simple things by which you can immediately determine how management treats its guests:
disposable slippers (here they were the cheapest, thin and not used in the house), a hotel map (black and white on a fox A4 on which nothing is clear) and room keys (it was just a fiasco).
Of THE ADVANTAGES: The territory. They are really very beautiful, ponds, footgolf fields, a walk through the forest. It was wonderful.

In general, the place is beautiful, a lot of money has been invested, but not in the staff! The service starting from the reception spoils everything from the first minute of your stay. When booking by phone, they tell you the cost for a weekday house, when checking in, they call the cost 150 rubles more expensive - because this is a day off! No one notified me beforehand.
They didn't warn you that there would be a wedding in the restaurant, so the restaurant is closed, but it has a "back" room where you will be fed. I was confused by the brown color of the tartare, but overall it was delicious.
I liked the children's room, but I didn't like that when renting the same children's cars, you must first go to the reception and pay. And this is 5 minutes in one direction, and despite the fact that the child usually needs "here and now".
The included breakfast was not bad and even delicious. The waiters brought everything on time.. Ok.
Spa - spa 5 points. The employee was always there, doing everything to get comfort.
Lunch at the restaurant was finished. The lunch menu and the main menu were brought. The waitress took the order in 20 minutes!!!!!! I came and said that they would not prepare orders from the main menu. After another 10 minutes, she brought the drinks ordered half an hour ago! Then they brought the children undercooked French fries in yesterday's oil, overcooked dry nuggets…
And the most annoying thing was when the amount of the bill was in doubt - an extra dish was added to the bill!!! And the cost of some dishes was different from the price on the menu!!!!! It would seem that for a ruble, but when ordering 8 lemonades, this is already 8 rubles!
