I have been staying at the hotel for the third year in a row. In general, Park Inn Donetsk offers accommodation on the level of other hotels of the same class in the Russian Federation, providing a standard set of amenities, including slippers, a toothbrush and water, and also has a large parking lot. The facade of the hotel has been repaired, although signs of damage may still be visible. The main disadvantage, in my opinion, is related to the staff, who, due to increased demand, are beginning to suffer from "star disease". Their training needs to be improved and, most importantly, their customer orientation needs to be improved. This applies to both ordinary staff and management. There are already other hotels in Donetsk that are no worse than the class. And then there will be even more of them. Breakfast is also a weak point at the Park Inn: the cafe is often crowded (I personally feel uncomfortable sitting at the same table with strangers), and having only one coffee machine creates inconveniences for guests.

I am familiar with the Park inn hotel chain. This is the first time in Donetsk.My hopes were fulfilled. Everything is great. Starting from the girls at the reception, they quickly settled in, brought a vase for flowers quickly at my request, the room was clean, cozy, warm, the pillows and mattress were excellent, the water was only boiling water at times, but this factor, of course, should not be found fault with in Donetsk. there is a refrigerator in the room, although in previous reviews they wrote that there is no kettle, there are no blackout curtains, parking is large, breakfasts are the same but sooo delicious, there is a small gym but equipped with necessary equipment, since sports every day is a necessity for me, it is not included separately in the price.The coolers are on the floor, I didn't use the TV. The guard is in a neat respectable appearance.There are Pushkin Boulevard and restaurants nearby, although it's great to eat at the hotel, and they bring it to the room too.shopping malls are 800 m away. We visited this hotel in early December 2024. The cost of a standard room per day is 9000, The interior is not bad, but there are no slippers, shoe spoons, dental supplies, shampoo and gel in the room for this money, just a common dispenser weighs. The towels are no longer white, but heavily washed. There is no kettle in the room. Cold water flows from the hot tap and needs to be drained for a long time so that the water warms up somehow, otherwise it is not possible to wash. They called the restaurant, ordered room service, waited an hour, called again, and they just forgot. The appliances were not brought for two people, they put one napkin. And there was no restaurant menu in the room, they brought it to us after the bell rang, but when the food was delivered, they immediately took away the menu and offered to take a picture. There is no service. The only advantages of the hotel are the delicious food, the chefs are great, and the location of the hotel. Absolutely not worth the money!!!

In the autumn of 2024, a single standard (the most affordable room) with breakfast (a buffet of an average level of sophistication, more on it later) cost 7,100 rubles. The room is WITHOUT slippers, WITHOUT bathrobes, WITHOUT a toothbrush and toothpaste, WITHOUT a kettle, WITHOUT a refrigerator... Four stars? Seriously?! Is it even worth three?! Yes, it's clean. Yes, carefully. Yes, it is heated. Wouldn't it still be clean and tidy for 7,100! Moreover, the room is small. Getting out there and heating it is a simple matter. The room, of course, is cleaned regularly and thoroughly, it is noticeable. But hardly anyone has been actively engaged in interior renovation since 2014. And this is also noticeable. In Rostov, for the same (if not for less) money, there will be a room with all other sizes and a different class. With plasma on the floor-walls, with sleek new furniture, with all the necessary accessories. Guys! In Moscow, for less money, you can find a room of a completely different class! Formally, of course, it will not be a four-star hotel, but three honest stars will put Donetsk fake three-star hotel on both shoulders. Oh, yes: there is water in the hotel almost around the clock. For Donetsk, which has been living in a dehydrated state for the third year, this is, of course, a top class. The buffet is passable. No more, no less. But what hurt most of all: after taking my father to the table, I decided to unobtrusively treat myself to rice with vegetables and cabbage, reasoning that, taking into account the cost of the room (and taking into account the fact that dad put some real meager on the plate), they would cover my eyes a little. No! The vigilant staff immediately asked if the young man who did not live in the room would pay for breakfast. To be honest, I swore and went to wait for my father in the hall. According to the protocol, of course, I was wrong. But as a human being, I still think that in this case it would be possible to be more loyal. I didn't row with a shovel, not to mention that my father didn't eat much either. By the way, the variety of herbs for a buffet breakfast, as it turned out, costs 1100 rubles here (when I rented a room, I was not told that I could order it without breakfast; already at the hotel I saw that according to the price list a "clean" room without food is 6 thousand rubles). The saddest thing is that for a city hotel service, this situation is typical. The Park Inn is quite a typical Donetsk hotel, with typical qualities for all our other hotels. What is the conclusion of all this? If you are the owner of a hotel in Donetsk, DPR, in order to inherit the Kingdom of Heaven, it is enough, I think, just to work at FAIR PRICES. You don't have to be a saint. No need for feats. Just work as people work in normal cities of the Russian Federation. And you will be rewarded in heaven. And during his lifetime, I'm sure, too.

Cons-terrible Internet, mostly it just doesn't exist, dirty windows (it's May now), there are literally cobwebs behind the curtains on the windows, the curtains themselves don't wash either. There is no refrigerator in the room, although there is a place for a built-in refrigerator. For those who do not stop for 1-2 days, it is very inconvenient.
