Often coming to the city center for a walk, we park the car on Freedom Square, from there there is a wide, beautiful staircase leading down to the park and overlooking the fountain. There is a small cafe on the right side, and a toilet on the left. Discos are held on the site near the fountain. There are no more activities in the park, and the height differences are not very suitable for leisurely walks. There are very few benches and gazebos in the park and they are concentrated in the fountain area. The Vitba River and the Danube Stream flow through the park. In the reviews, some people confuse the Frunze park area with Pobediteley Park on Dvina and with the park of the 40th anniversary of the Komsomol on Vitba.

Every time I come to Vitebsk, I always take a walk here after sleeping. The territory is decent, along the river. The landscape is sharp in places, which only adds to the adrenaline during sports training.
