In general, the park is well maintained with minimal amenities for recreation. However, there are restrictions and prohibitions in the form of walks, jogging and skating along the government road running right through the entire part of the park where the patrol and guard service carries out its round-the-clock service. There are also problems with lighting. So not all footpaths are illuminated in the evening, which creates discomfort when walking, and it is completely absent on the sports field. There is one play area for children in the entire park, there are no running and roller tracks. So there is little for active sports. In the summer, there is no escape from the Kamars, and no one is engaged in bullying them, you walk with the children for no more than an hour and run away from there. It seems that the presidential park and the care and arrangement are not on the level.

But I will leave comments as a forester: only a small part of the park is watered, many trees experience moisture deficiency - there is no watering, despite the fact that the park is not so far from the Yesil River. The lawns are not well maintained. There is no good watering - trees and lawns do not grow normally, beauty is lost.

A young park with fountains. There are wonderful coniferous alleys where birds sing. Deciduous alleys are young, coniferous ones are older. No toilets were found. The Presidential Center was closed, it is unclear whether it is working. Nearby there is some kind of guarded enclosed building, similar to a bowl and a closed park area. You can take a walk, sit by the fountain.

Moreover, the consequences of these situations can be seen firsthand here and there. I do not attach a photo, it is inconvenient, both in front of foreigners, for whom signs are posted here and there in English, and in front of compatriots, suddenly someone recognizes their own.
And with a small child of the other sex, a parent can go to the toilet - there are simply no options! Male to the right of the entrance, female to the left. About 100 meters from each other.
