We agreed with the driver Vitaly Rudko by phone +375297005597 that he would pick us up at the Institute of Culture (we called twice). They were waiting at the appointed place. Standing at the bus stop, we saw that the minibus did not even slow down, just sped past. We called the driver to find out why he didn't stop. He replied that he had left and had not seen us! After calling the Atlas operator, we were redirected several times to other numbers. As a result, the issue was not resolved, and we were not provided with an alternative. The operator was rude, interrupted, spoke in raised tones and eventually hung up the phone. I consider this attitude unacceptable.

The driver got lost somewhere. People were sitting down for another ten minutes. So they can be late - it's not forbidden. It was cold, water was draining through the windows, and they asked us to at least warm up the cabin. I didn't deign to stop at the gas station to drop people off. But the most important thing is how he drove!!! There are no restrictions, the speed is frenzied, there are no stops on turns in front of the stop sign, flying into oncoming traffic, all holes, bumps, speed bumps flew at the speed of a stinking wind. And as a result: he left very late, but arrived 40 minutes earlier. And why now, after the rise in price, was the landing removed from the "Cookery"? We pay more, but the quality of service is getting worse.

When booking the Grodno -Bialystok route through Brest, it is not indicated that these carriers do not have PERMISSION.
It follows from all this that upon arrival at the border, a REGULAR bus (so all passengers think that it is a regular bus) becomes REGISTERED and stands in line for a very long time. Since 3 scheduled flights are launched, and then 1 registered one.
When contacting ATLAS and explaining the situation, they also do not understand why passengers are outraged!
They refused to return the money! After all, the bus is going, but they are absolutely not interested in how it goes and in what conditions the passengers are, the main thing is that they received the money and everything is fine.

We went by the Grodno- Minsk route 19.30 - 22.30 10.10.2023. Minibus driver +37525**42311 from the very beginning of the trip, he talked boorishly, and after that he showed his inadequacy at all. It started with the fact that when boarding, I paid 50 rubles for the fare for two, and asked for a minute to wait for the guy who was already approaching, the driver said that he would not wait a minute. When the guy came, it was necessary to pay 4 rubles extra and this driver stood with the door open and waited until he was paid the full amount, and only then abruptly jerked from his seat. The same story was repeated with the girl from whom he was waiting for 2 rubles before full payment. But that's okay.
At the gas station stop, we went to the store and bought a potable yogurt. We drank yogurt in the car, and someone else drank coffee while we were standing. This driver came and demanded the girl to throw out a cup of coffee, and we had to throw out bottles of yogurt otherwise he, this driver, would not go anywhere. According to him, 90% of people drink coffee like this and then throw cups around the salon. That his car is not a dining room. We tell him that we will clean up everything after ourselves, and there will be no garbage. And he demands to throw it in the trash right now. It all started to turn into a raised tone and even a shout from his side. As a result, we put bottles of yogurt in a backpack, the girl went and threw out a cup and he, this driver, got behind the wheel dissatisfied. Единственный перевозчик, у кого комфортный салон, но есть ряд нюансов:
1. Гоп стоп водители (не все) и такая же музыка всю поездку.
2. В салоне душно, нет кондиционера, люк не открывают (в жаркий день тяжело ехать).
В остальном все ок, пока что нареканий нет. Всегда вовремя приезжал водитель, доезжали из пункта А в Б в пределах заданного времени 👍🏻

Заказывали маршрутку с дворца спорта. Минск-Видзы. Приехали на остановку с запасом во времени 20 минут. Прождали 1.5 часа, маршрутки нет. Звонили водителю, водитель не берет трубку телефона, оператору позвонили, сказали, что забрали всех. Двоих человек не забрали. В итоге маршрут только один в день. На следующий день мест нет. Наш вопрос не решили, в итоге пришлось добираться своим путём. Сервис ужасный, не советую!

Ехал вчера туда и обратно: выбора не было. Увидел все - езда через две сплошные, езда под кирпич, разговоры по телефону на скорости 140, разговоры что сама маршрутка сломана и что то нужно делать, говорят что забирают из разных мест, а потом оказывается, что водителю пофиг и место одно, остановки водитель делать не хочет. Билеты после оплаты не выдают. Интересно куда смотрят проверяющие ? Таку фирму не посоветуешь да де врагу!

Заказывала на сегодня маршрутку ,прождала 30 минут никто мне так и не позвонил пока сама этого не сделала . Как заказываешь в выходные дни так тебе 100раз позвонят и спросят едите или нет ,потому что теряете свои деньги . Почему такое отношение к пассажирам? Мне было удобно ехать до Тринити а что мне предложили едет до автовокзала . Значит вы должны были вызвать другую маршрутку чтоб ехала и забирала пассажиров до нужно места что заказывают люди .

Добрый он скорее у вас, нежели у меня. Пишу жалобу
Заказала 02.03.2023 маршрутку с Орши в Витебск. На сайте сразу было написано, что адрес посадки - остановка улица Строителей, но ниже прикреплена карта, на которой указан совсем другой адрес. Поэтому на следующий день, в 13:27 я позвонила диспетчеру с надеждой уточнить адрес. Изначально было понятно, что девушка совершенно не заинтересована в вопросах, которые я задаю. Но в любом случае она четко дала понять, что адрес с карты - верный. Я четко уточнила адрес (дом + рядом расположеный колледж) и она подтвердила, что верно. В итоге заранее приехав на улицу Мира 39Б и ждала. Когда прошло 10 минут после того, как меня должны были забрать, я начала звонить опять в диспетчерскую (хотя странно, что мне не набрал водитель, ведь свои контакты я оставляла). В диспетчерской мне сказали подождать, пока они сами позвонят водителю. В итоге и этот водитель, и другой (которые выезжал немного позже) оповестили меня, что забирать меня с неправильного места не будут. Так я, простояв примерно 40 минут на холоде, не уехала на маршрутке в Витебск. Новую маршрутку мне не нашли, но обещали следующую поездку сделать за счет фирмы (но захочу ли я поехать с ними с таким обслуживанием?)
Из-за такой халатности работников я не успела на важную для меня встречу в Витебске, из-за которой у меня точно возникнут большие проблемы.
Абсолютно недовольна.

Добрый день. Покупали билеты на рейсовую маршрутку. А в итоге перед границей пересадили в туристический автобус. С 3.00 15.06.23 стоим на границе. Сейчас 13.00, а мы еще даже не заехали на мост. Нас объезжают рейсовые автобусы и маршрутки. Нигде на сайте не написано, что маршрутка или автобус будут туристические. Отвратительный сервис.

Ужасный перевозчик. За день до поездки звонит водитель и уточняет, что будет ждать пассажира на автовокзале и называет номер перрона. В день поездки оказывается водитель ждет пассажира по адресу в билете. Звонит на мобильный грубит и хамит, нагло врет, что он не называл такой адрес, хотя со слухом, памятью и мозгами у меня все в порядке. Естественно пассажира там нет и быть не может. В итоге с нервами пассажир уезжает с другим перевозчиком и слава Господу успевает на самолет. Машина мерседес-бенс, спринтер белый, номер 8471, последние цифры мобильного 2828. Эта ситуация вызвала просто шок. Это у вас такой сервес??? Такая забота о пассажирах, которые платят за билет не малые деньги?? Куда смотрит руководство фирмы?? Или руководству все равно, кто у него работает?? Очень надеюсь, что этому горе-водителю хотя бы станет стыдно и он начнет ответсвение относится к своим непосредственным трудовым обязанастям и будут попадаться на жизненном пути такие же безответственные и бессовестные как он сам. Если вы хотите во время успеть по своим делам, обойдите этого водителя стороной, а лучше этого перевозчика. Деньги берут, а качество оказываемой услуги хромает на обе ноги. Ни кому вас не порекомендую и в следующий раз воспользуемся услугами другого перевозчика, дабы сохранить свою нервную систему.

Не понимаю, зачем расписание, если маршрутка едет, когда захочет водитель. Время отправления 18:00, по телефону попросил за 10 минут до отправления быть, а сам уехал без 15 минут. В 18:03 его догнали за 15 километров, при этом звонили и просили подождать два раза, на что получили ответ, что у него "расписание", наверное своё.

Вокзал, обслуживание , на достойном уровне. Хотя непонятно почему туалетная комната стоит дороже чем в столице. А бизнес класс вагонов Минск-Гродно, это отдельная история. Спросил шахматы а в ответ получил удивление проводниц , зачем в очень скором поезде играть в шахматы, смотрите на поля и луга.

04.01.23 было заказано 2билета на 08.1.23 из Витебска в минск.утром 05.01.23 поступил звонок с просьбой подтвердить бронь билетов. Через несколько часов снова поступил звонок. На этот раз разговор состоялся с жалким подобием человека. Кто и и когда допустил ошибку не ясно. Однако , прямые словесные оскорбления недопустимы. Возможно в данной организации данное поведение является нормой. Не рекомендую связываться с этой конторой тем у кого есть хоть малейшее представление о пассажирских перевозках.

Ехал вчера по маршруту Белосток Минск семьей. Информация маршруте указано не правдивая, нигде не написано что время маршрута без учёта прохода пограничного перехода. На сайте заявлено что автобус должен приехать в 01:20 реально он приехал в пол шестого утра. А кроме этого в автобусе распивали пассажиры алкоголь, ругались матом, курили, а водитель автобуса не обращал на это никакого внимания до сих пор пока я сам не начал Делать замечание.А также никаких билетов на проезд нам не выдали, просто забрали деньги наличные и положи в карман. Ужасная поездка, Сам больше не поеду и никому не советую.

Хороший сервис междугородных перевозок. Не стоит даже думать, чтобы ехать на своей. Как правило, бусы не старые, в хорошем пассажирском исполнении.
Достаточно быстро, однако напрягает, что 10-минутный пит-стоп может растянуться на 15-20.
Удобно, что заказать билеты можно в приложении. И отменить, если планы поменялись.

Оборзевшие, нулевые в плане работы с клиентом операторы, позволяющие себе бросать трубки, скидывать, ставить в блок и не заканчивая и не дослушав клиента. Вас тут не обслуживают, тут клиентов считаю за животных и если на уровне даже недооператоров такое позволительно, то что будет происходить оказывая саму услугу. Желаю этой компании либо крупней реструктуризации, либо просто уйдите из рынка. Оператор Анастасия, вы самый ужасный, некомпетентный, необразованный оператор, которого я когда либо слушал и разговаривал.

Вокзал очень красивый. Кафешки очень дорогие. Есть круглосуточный обменный пунк валют. Есть даже ресторан.
