Went during the afternoon for drinks and some bakery products. We ordered raf and tea. The barista encouraged us to try mint Raf which wasn't tasty. The bakery products were not fresh. She encouraged us to buy a loyalty card which they would send an SMS to activate - unfortunately 2 weeks later the SMS still hasn't arrived. Overall a poor service and experience.

The place is beautiful. I liked the Halloween decorations. The drinks are delicious and well served. I really like the pistachio croissant! Always fresh and delicious 😋
Separately, I want to mention a nice girl at the checkout. Blond hair, looks about 18 years old. She is friendly, always helps with the choice, draws very cute drawings on coffee, which lifts the mood)
But not all of the staff are so responsive and friendly. There are staff who look on with a dissatisfied face, as if they owe him everything. Sometimes spoons, knives or forks are not reported.

I live nearby, and I come in quite often. I love their coffee and croissants. There used to be a lot of cool desserts, but for some reason they are no longer cooked, they switched to cheesecakes on sticks (the place is cozy, there are decorations on the tables, they also decorate for the holidays, and it becomes even more pleasant. It's just a pity that the seats without backs fit into the interior, but in fact it's not very comfortable, I always try to sit in places with a sofa if it's free. Otherwise, my favorite coffee shop in the area)

We made an order.
Firstly, the staff does not know the composition of the baking, and I am not talking about the composition of the dough or some complex technologies for making creams, etc., but it is banal whether there is one or another ingredient in the composition. This is incredibly important if an alert comes to you and misinforms him - and the guest leaves for the hospital.
Secondly, the waiting time for 4 positions, of which two drinks (Americano and cocoa) and two croissants (which just need to be put on a plate from the showcase) is about 20 minutes.
Thirdly, appliances with stains from the dishwasher. They need to be rubbed, at least. In general, the quality of your appliances is disgusting, knives are full of game, like in a canteen.
The fourth point is that your employees simply cannot remember the order and what the guest looks like, to deliver Americano without splashing it all over the saucer. They forgot about one dessert altogether, and after filling it they carried it for another 15 minutes. However, they brought it without appliances. The drinks have already cooled down - and you probably need to eat with your hands. You can pay me the money, and I will train your staff to put dishes on the guest's table not over his head, sneaking up from behind).

I am silent about the bucket of cream cheese, which is very necessary for a guest to see in an institution that positions itself not as some kind of eatery, but a French bakery.
I want to mention the work of one girl, a blonde in pink - it is clear that she is the only one there who understands at least something and takes the rap for everyone.

The rest of the desserts are just ok, no more. The bathroom was pretty dirty.
