The place is crowded, but it's a pleasure to have breakfast in the morning! Very nice and cozy and always an incredible smell 😻 The prices are acceptable , I love your coffee and aislatte, sandwiches, cakes are not all, but there are favorites. I often stop by when I pass by

A crowded place, especially on weekends, delicious coffee, but expensive compared to prices in the city. Delicious Napoleon, and croissants. Friendly staff, everything is fast. Tap water in the heat with ice is given for free, which was pleasantly surprised.

I have been to many Paul establishments in Minsk, but it was here that I disliked the most.
We were here 08.08.2024 at about 22.00. First of all, the service, I understand that we are all people and we tend to get tired, I work in the service sector myself, but in this case I can not justify the two waiters who served us: a table with crumbs; with careless and aggressive serving of drinks, loud banging of glasses on the table; to the question, is there ice cream available, an uncivilized answer: "Why shouldn't it be there?"
I was very upset that after visiting such a decent place, I did not get any pleasure, despite the fact that the food was not bad (they took onion soup and homemade ice cream).

I visit Minsk extremely rarely and Paul on Karl Marx was on my list of places to visit.
Arriving very early in Minsk, I went here for breakfast. Definitely a plus that they work from 8 a.m.
I wanted oatmeal porridge for breakfast, but even though it was on the menu, in fact it did not turn out to be and this is strange.
I ordered an omelet instead of porridge. It tastes normal, but I was very hungry, so I liked it.
And I ordered one of three sets (I don't remember the name), which includes coffee to choose from and a croissant or chabata to choose from and you can choose the taste of jam.
I ordered a chabata but they brought a croissant 😃
Well, I didn't say anything.
The croissant looks like it was yesterday, or rather, I'm sure it is because there is something to compare it with. Previously, I took croissants to take away and they were fresh, but this one was stale.
In general, the atmosphere itself, as if you were in Paris, and not in Minsk, and the view of a beautiful street definitely pleased you.
One of the disadvantages is the service. The waiter does not smile and does not willingly communicate at all.
But I will not judge all of them by one waiter. But in general, there is such a trend in institutions in Belarus.

An incredible light, comfortable place, if you need to sit and enjoy the place and its wonderful staff, then this is definitely here! The bathroom is always clean. Everything is always clean in the cafe. The waiters always communicate politely, if necessary, they will come at least 1000 times. In general, the place is SUPER !!! APPROVAL

It's beautiful, but not very tasty. The coffee is normal, but all desserts except eclair were disappointing. The curd ring is wooden, the curd inside is in pieces. Lemon tart is terribly sweet and so chemical that it takes your breath away. Napoleon is a solid cream, super sweet. The eclair is really good, the vanilla cream is exceptionally delicious, wonderful. I only recommend going in for an eclair.

In Minsk, it was the first place we went to have breakfast, and we liked it so much that we only went there to have breakfast! It was 06/20/2024, the service was terrible! I went into a cafe, the girls at the checkout stood talking about their own, and continued, sat down at a table, no one came up and offered a menu, after 10 minutes I had to go get it myself. Next, I watched a picture of how a guy came in with a small pomeranian, not a single person sitting in the hall said anything bad about a small dog, someone just smiled, someone came stroking. The girl approached the guy and instead of politely asking him to move outside or find a compromise solution, she just snorted that this was not normal.
Review your staff from a decent institution turned into an incomprehensible thing

The place has been open for an hour.
It's been raining for an hour.
On the street, the tables are in rainwater, some of the chairs have already dried up ...
When asked to wipe the table in order to drink coffee and have breakfast outside (some of the chairs were dry, you could sit down), I was refused with a "cosmic" justification: "All the chairs will dry out, we will wipe the tables."
The employees have no logic, no desire to work in the morning.
If this is the position of the management, it's a shame for an institution of this level, if the position of the employees, something needs to be done with them.
A special wish to the young man (waiter) for additional banter towards customers - an employee cannot do this!!!

Terrible service
We arrived 40 minutes before closing time. Instead of immediately taking an order at the checkout, they were sent to sit at the table and wait for the waiter. As a result, we waited 10 minutes for the waiter, then waited until they deigned to approach us again. There were no other visitors at that moment. As a result, I had to leave without eating and with a spoiled mood.
P.s teach the girls at the cash register and in the hall not to walk with dissatisfied and arrogant faces.

Общие впечатления: быстро для 11 позиций, курьер вежливый. Еда хорошо упакована, качественно. Все блюда чуть тёплые. Внешний вид не испорчен. Первые впечатления приятные.
Тыквенный суп с креветками: Вкусно, просто, морковь классно дополняет вкус, гренки не особо зашли, вкусовщина.
Суп-крем из грибов: вкусно, просто, ничего лишнего, сливочный в меру, не приторный.
Филе утки с пюре и ягодным соусом: утка не сама нежная в жизни, но приготовлена хорошо, пюре без восторгов, но и безю претензий, соус отлично подходит, не приторный.
Свиная вырезка с луковым мармеладом и картофельными дольками: очень вкусно, за лук отдельный респект шефу, интересный вкус, мясо нежное и правильно приправлено, дольки классика.
Паста Карбонара: неплохо, даже похоже на классику, но одно но: пармезан пока доехал превратился в так нелюбимую мной сырную корочку. Советую сыр отдельно подавать в контейнере, так будет лучше.
Тартар из говядины: само тело тартара хорошо, но для любителей чистого вкуса мяса не подойдёт, маринад очень сильный, но я именно такой и люблю. Желток подаётся отдельно, интересное решение с хлебушком. В общем вкусно.
Салат с печенью и манго: за это блюдо отдельно шефу мое почтение, очень вкусно. Печень чуть с горчинкой,но она придает только шарму блюду. В сочетании с манго, соусом (подаётся отдельно) и зелёным наполнением картинка складывается в шедевр.
Круасан с лососем: классика, у лосося очень слабый вкус, но это даже хорошо для завтрака. Тесто приятное
Хлеб луковый: хорош, луковость не навязчива, придает изящность
Кофе вкусный, заказывали латте с кокосовым молоком и марочино

Зашли в Paul по старой памяти, бывали в кафе этой сети в других городах. К сожалению Paul разочаровал. При достаточно высоком уровне цен, обслуживание просто как в столовой. При входе получили"бонжур", пожалуй, это была самая большая любезность, "оревуар" нам уже не достался). По еде: супы с добавлением масла, которое существует само по себе, по вкусу опять же, как в обычной столовой. Утка с грушей за 25 белорусских рублей, просто огорчила: мясо жесткое, груша не протомленая, почти свежая. Принесли чай: мята и лимон, при этом не предупредили, что он ещё не заварен, первая налитая чашка была просто кипятком. На поллитровый чайник 1 пакетик заварки. Из хорошего: какао было вкусное. Чек за 2 супа, 2 горячих, 2 какао и чайник с чаем составил почти 90 бел. руб. Еще туалет в заведении порадовал своим чистым и красивым видом, в наличии крем для рук. Столики в кафе достаточно удобные, есть места и на улице. Решать вам, стоит посещать это кафе или нет, я сюда больше не пойду, просто неинтересно.

Очень понравилось данное заведение! Атмосфера, блюда, обслуживание - просто супер.😍😍
Особенно хотелось бы отметить работу официантки Алины, которая сделала наше с мужем посещение данного кафе идеальным! Алина помогла нам рекомендациями блюд и напитков, уделяла нам достаточно внимания и просто порадовала нас своей лучезарной натурой.
В такое кафе однозначно хочется вернуться😌😌😌

The atmosphere of the cafe is pleasant. The waiters are polite. The coffee is delicious. The advantages ended there. I ordered an omelet with avocado and vegetables and cappuccino. It wasn't my order that came first. As an apology, they offered another coffee for free. After 45 minutes of waiting, my dish was brought to me. I didn't finish the omelet and not at all because the portion was too large. Of the vegetables, there was only spinach. The omelet itself is dry and tasteless. They only remembered about the coffee as a gift when I asked for the bill.

Завтракали в этом кафе. Это хорошая сеть кафе по всему миру. Очень хотели попробовать яйцо Бенедикта. Было вкусно. Выпили по чашечке вкусного кофе с круасаном. Обстановка приятная. Официанты вежливые. Единственно цены на сайте не совпадают с ценами с меню самого кафе.
