The photos and description correspond to the housing provided. The form of payment for rent is convenient and possible in different ways by link, by card, in different currencies, etc. The lease agreement is honest and without pitfalls. The girls are great professionals in their field. Thank you for being in this city! Do not waste time on other charlatans and problematic companies that cannot connect two words and provide much worse housing. We stayed in this apartment in November 2023. We liked everything very much. The apartment is clean, comfortable, has everything you need to relax. The apartment is conveniently located in the very center of the city, near shops, cafes. In 10 minutes we slowly reached the Bobruisk Fortress - a very interesting sight. There is always a place in the courtyard of the house where you can conveniently and safely park your car. It was strange for me to read bad reviews here, which were left by people who paid not a lot of money and wanted to get a royal suite for it.

Квартира явно требует реновации и более качественной уборки. На подоконниках валялись дохлые мушки и огромный жук, много пыли, полы тоже грязные (пришлось перемывать вручную, так как были с ребёнком, вода чёрная после мытья), пыль тоже вытирала сама. Особое разочарование - это кровать, которая была настолько продавлена посредине, что мы с мужем скатывались в центр, обои по бокам кровати все поцарапаны. Простыня никак не закреплена, постоянно сползает, обнажая грязный матрас в пятнах то ли крови, то ли даже не знаю чего. Душевая кабинка (ее тоже пришлось мыть) без дверей, их просто сняли, сантехника не очень чистая. Диван в каких-то пятнах, было не очень приятно класть туда спать ребенка. В целом от квартиры повсеместно ощущение грязи, пыли и какой-то липкости. Цена для таких условий явно завышена. Расположение очень хорошее, самый центр города.
