On 17.07, an order was placed on the website with readiness for pickup on 19.07 and paid for on the website. The pick-up point is incorrectly indicated on the website! It is generally closed on Doroshevich, I had to go to the main office on Chelyuskintsev. 19.07 on the second attempt to get into the office, it turns out that there is no order and no one can find it, after 10 minutes they were able to find it, just no one noticed it. Accordingly, no one started the order. All that the managers offered was the readiness of the order in 4 days or a refund. "Thank you," of course, but I needed him on the appointed day. There was a negative impression on simple single orders, customer orientation tends to 0. No calls with order confirmation, no SMS, only money was debited instantly, there was an irritated attitude in the office. I was forced to contact my competitors, and within half an hour everything was agreed with me and the order was approved.

I made an order in advance (10 days before). The managers worked very poorly with a response once a day or after a few hours. The day before they called, they said there would be no order. Thank you for at least not a day. Questions asked in a chat with an operator should usually be answered within 24 hours, even if their question was answered in a minute.

I asked to print an art book, a rare copy, I couldn't find it on sale for several years. I gave away the flash drive, I was a little surprised by the price - 70 rubles for printing just black and white pages, well, okay. Most importantly, I hoped that now I would comfortably read the novel I needed. One of the advantages is efficiency - they were done quickly, well, the paper is thick, the pages are not translucent. But the main point is that the text on the page is stacked so that a two-centimeter gap is empty to the left of the text on the page, and on the right the text runs under the binding, and you need to stretch the book to see the text. Now I have to read every second page like this, stretching the "book" with effort. I suspect that after such procedures, the binding will order you to live a long time. It's a shame, comrades, for such a hack! I won't recommend it to anyone, and I won't set foot there anymore.

They promised to do it by the 15th, but the album was not ready by the appointed date. The order was made only on the evening of the 19th Of course, there are overlays, but the most unpleasant thing is that the employees did not even contact themselves about the delay, they had to write and call themselves, and often they did not pick up the phone, it was turned off, they either did not answer messages at all, or they answered sooo badly As a result, the whole holiday was under threat, a lot of nerves and an unpleasant aftertaste Also, the pen that was in the order was not put in the box. It's good that they checked on the spot There are no questions about the products themselves, the album and photos are excellent! But such disrespect for customers still needs to be looked for!

A simple and urgent order was messed up, I had to refuse and return the money. I thought it was a good printing house, but it turned out not to be so. The manager initially communicated coldly - it immediately strained. But that's okay. I had an urgent order, as a person who understands printing and has experience in this field, I painted everything from top to bottom how to do it and, just in case, asked me to send a photo again for approval before printing. Everything was wrong in the photo, I made edits, they wrote to me "accepted" and nothing else. When the notification came that the order was completed, I ran headlong to the printing house, I came - and they printed it as incorrectly as they had originally thrown it off, and the manager began to try to prove to me that everything was approved with me (fortunately the correspondence was preserved). I decided to contact the parrot printing house as a result, because it is nearby, so I advise everyone: very pleasant communication, the involvement of the manager and good feedback, everything was done quickly and correctly, and even the print quality was better. And they didn't even take an advance payment, unlike this printing house.

I usually don't write negative reviews, but in this situation I would like to speak out. It is very convenient for us to place orders with you, as you provide a full range of services that we need. But we will never place an order with you again. Firstly, when we were making shoppers, the picture turned out to be dim and the colors were not transmitted at all. This time, we specially made trial versions to make sure the quality of the color transfer and make adjustments if necessary. You did not give any clear deadlines for production, you have to wait a very long time for an answer in a telegram, only after the call you received an answer in most cases. All deadlines were disrupted, we did not receive a postcard for the new year. As a result, some of the postcards are generally damaged and with scratches (there is a whole stack of them), sticker packs are also partially damaged.

They printed from the wrong document, uploaded the correct file, when I came back to find out why it happened and said that they printed from the second (correct) one. The location of the text on the business cards is clearly not centered and, again, the margins were not cut off.

Начнем с того, что очень понятный интерфейс сайта, все подробно расписано, для тех, кто первый раз заказывает что-то с печатью - проблем не возникнет. После оформления заказа - связывается менеджер, всё уточняет, делает дополнения в случае чего. Внимательные и приятные. Что касается самого заказа: качество футболки и печати👌👌👌 очень стильно, красиво выглядит. Уже появились новые идеи для оформления футболок. Печать качественная, цвета переданы как надо. Также осуществляют доставку по Минску, что тоже очень удобно, если срочный заказ и не успеваете. Касательно времени, все сделано и доставлено во время. Было принципиально важно, чтоб изготовление было день-в-день. Спасибо большое, надеюсь в ближайшее время еще что-то новое изготовить у Вас.

Плюсы этого центра: удобно на метро добраться, можно сделать копии разных форматов, приходит уведомления, больше плюсов нет. Минусы: очень неаккуратные и невнимательные сотрудники, коммерческие заказы лучше не делать у них вообще, от слова совсем, ошибку не признают и не идут навстречу клиенту. Итог: для печати рефератов, чертежей, прочей ерунды-однозначно можно, что то серьёзное-дорого и неаккуратно. Не рекомендую!

Заказал майку с собственным принтом. Все сделано круто, качество отличное. Сделали на следующий рабочий день после заказа. После заказа сразу же перезвонили и рассказали о всех нюансах, уточнили все по заказу. Перед печатью сбросили фотографию с подготовленным макетом. Майки качественные, принт нанесен идеально(на сколько это возможно в моем понимании). Обратная связь на уровне. Рекомендую!
