I did the translation from the Georgian official document. The cost is a couple of three rubles cheaper than similar offers, and the timing is very fast. The girls are very pleasant to talk to. The impression was slightly spoiled by incorrect document stitching, but it was quickly corrected after the appeal. I give it 4 stars because of this. I recommend this organization.

They did the translation (medicine), quite voluminous, they translated it wonderfully (in a week, as it was announced to me, when contacting me), without bypassing complex terms. Naturally, it was not relevant for me to sit at the office and check, I checked at home - if I had free time.
There were few errors (with such a volume of translation), and then mostly typos-which were eliminated literally in two days, perhaps earlier, but I clarified after this period of time-and provided a corrected version.
Result:
It is difficult to get through, but they respond quickly when contacting the messenger.
Not cheap- but it is quite justified.
They do not evade responsibility- even after payment-if anyone is interested.
Polite, competent staff - but the client needs to show understanding and specify more specifically what and how you want to get in the end, as there may be a misunderstanding - but this is the fault of both sides, not the bureau.

Everything was great at first:polite girls quickly replied in a telegram, calculated the cost based on the photo. I signed up for them. I arrived at the appointed time. And then a surprise, the manager calculated the cost incorrectly from the photo, allegedly did not see the second document. And the cost for the transfer will be twice as much. Wasted time, unpleasant aftertaste and I do not recommend it.

Normal customer service. They solve all problems on their own. On the diplomas of the BSU in 2012 and 2014, the electronic signatures of the rector - respectively, they do not want to apostille to the Ministry of Education and Science as unreliable documents. The apostille was put by the Ministry of Justice. I took the documents on time.

Just terrible service. I came for a labor transfer - the manager clearly told me to pick it up by three the next day. I'm waiting for a call/email. Nothing comes, I call back at 15:20 and I'm rude on the phone, he says you have to 4. I say yesterday the manager told me it would be ready by 3 a.m., why by four? In response: I don't know, you have it by four. No apologies, nothing. I will not turn to this charade anymore. If you contact this arrow translation agency, record the time of issue on paper!
And with such a service, the cost of translating a page is twice as much as that of other translation agencies in Minsk.
