I contacted the salon about collecting me for my birthday. On the same day, I was offered a window to the makeup and hairstyle master. This is very rare, since in other salons two masters do it and I could not combine the time. The makeup artist in this salon is a very nice girl who listened to all my preferences and got to work. The receptionist offered me tea, coffee, treats, it brightened up my stay. Thank you for the professional work of the master, and the friendly attitude of the salon administration. I made an appointment in advance for the New Year holidays for this procedure.

I applied to a premium salon for a manicure service. However, upon arrival, the workplace was completely unprepared. There was a dirty cup of half-finished coffee on my table and someone's half-eaten cookies on a tray. The question is, did the master prepare for the arrival of the next client and did he replace the tool after the previous one and was it sterile? Unfortunately, I was tormented by doubts not only about the quality of the replacement tool, but also about the qualifications of my master Elena. During her work, she repeatedly sought advice from the master at the next workplace, it's scary to imagine if the master was not in the neighborhood.. Finding the colored gel polish I chose was probably a task with an asterisk, since a neighboring master joined the search, leaving his client waiting. In order to pass the time of the search, a neighboring master began to offer alternative colors, but when opening 2 jars in a row, the varnishes turned out to be almost empty. In a premium salon, you want to get not only high-quality work, but also high-quality materials and high-quality service. ElPaza brand varnishes that stand on the counter behind the backs of the craftsmen are not premium, they are cheap Chinese varnishes with a retail value of 7-10 rubles. As a result, the procedure was interrupted on my initiative, leaving the salon, the master shouted after me to pay for this work, but the guy manager at the counter apparently turned out to be more qualified than both masters and said that there was nothing to pay for..

The salon is new, interestingly decorated in a mix of styles of the XVIII-XIX centuries, clean and original. Huge mirrors, deep armchairs, impressive accompanying high-quality tea and coffee in the "expensive-rich" style in thin-walled bowls on gold trays...
And finally, the most important thing is that the craftsmen are skilled, dexterous, and fast. The range of services is complete.
I entrusted my hair for a solemn styling - I am very pleased! The styling lasted perfectly for the photo for about 8 hours, two more days (for the office)no washing or rearranging was required. Awesome! Prices are average for the market.
They are painted with Italian dyes. The equipment and accessories are modern.
I will be a regular customer.
I highly recommend it!

Hello! I visited this beautiful salon for the laser hair removal procedure from the master- Tatyana Vazhnik - the most excellent specialist and a wonderful nature. I'm a pioneer, but she quickly brought me up to speed and I relaxed, and the hour flew by delightfully. And most importantly, there was no such terrible awkwardness that occurs in two strangers who are not important to each other, but are forced to be together for a while. I met with such "masters" of different caliber a couple of times, some found it difficult even to answer questions on the topic. I felt almost superfluous at my own procedure and even the coffee and drinks served to me. Imagine such a situation, you're just sitting drinking coffee and you feel like the master wants to finish his work as soon as possible without a single comment about it? It suggests, "if you work with people, then be kind enough to at least be able to have a dialogue." But those who can deservedly be called a master with a capital letter are those who can so playfully turn a stressful process into a pleasant conversation.
I also met the Owner of the salon, a very nice girl, like Tatiana.
According to the procedure: there is not a single side effect, even in places the skin behaved better than before. I immediately signed up again and also added facial care to Tatiana. And I also bought a gift certificate and it is in a seasoned salon style and on velvety thick paper. The perfect gift for the New Year!

The manicure was not done with high quality, when I wrote to them, you give a guarantee, as a result, they began to speak rudely to me. Cuticle treatment is poor, the coating fell off in less than two weeks. I asked to make a base color for me, to make a base, the master insisted on his own. I was in a beauty salon, doing complex coloring. When recording online, the price was the same, in fact increased by 100p. Well, okay, I was ready to pay extra for a good quality result. But he wasn't there. They painted me not as agreed, there were few strands of light. And the bangs have generally gone pink. Plus they cut my hair carelessly. They also signed me up for coloring so that the master did not have time to finish with me, she worked in parallel with another client. I am very disappointed with the quality of service in this salon.

The establishment left a double impression. Initially, I came to the permanent makeup to the master Irina, I am very pleased with her work. However, the administrator suggested that I undergo a depilation procedure, told me about the new equipment to a bunch of different buns, and eventually I signed up. When we came to the session, there were two of us, two girls at the same time. The receptionist apologized, and I was accepted first. The next time I visited a month later, it turned out that there was no record at all, respectively, and there was no master who would do the procedure, however, 4 hours before the start of the session, I received a message on my phone that I was very much expected)))It's not really clear who's waiting. I didn't hear anything intelligible in response. The procedure was never performed. Sorry for the wasted time. Accordingly, I will not go there anymore(((

A pleasant salon, neat repairs, tea/coffee/cookies and a wide range of services in one place, which pleases 😄 I did mostly manicure / pedicure (3-4 times), there are no complaints about the quality of the work, everything was done promptly and neatly.
Now, what is not pleasing is that the administrator (perhaps the owner of the salon) seemed intrusive with additional services and other things.
They promise a prompt and high-quality procedure in a minimum of time, but the result is + 1/2 hour delay, because the master works slower.
And the last thing is the most... unpleasant. During the last procedure, the master, having decided to communicate with me, gave out all her personal life and drama, as well as intimate details of her sex life, which I did not want to know and listen to at all. At the same time, at certain points in her story, 2da almost cried, which looked very strange. (I saw the Master for the first and, hopefully, the last time).
Actually, the salon is not bad, but the last story is still beyond the normality and service 🤦♀️
