Wonderful and responsive craftsmen! I arrived in Minsk, but I tore my sandals on a walk..in the store, of course, they did not find anything in a hurry, they saw a workshop. It turned out that they had already closed, but immediately got into the situation and got to work))) we did everything in the best possible way! Hurray! My walk is saved! I highly recommend it to everyone)

I gave my shoes for repair (replacement of the sole, insole). The order was not fulfilled within the time period specified by them. I waited another half a week, called - the order was not fulfilled. I refused their services. I bought new shoes. As I understand it, they deliberately underestimate the deadlines in order to "hook" the client, and then "feed them breakfast". At the same time, they do not call themselves and do not say anything about the deadlines. And when you call, they say wait for the call. I can't say anything about the quality, because I gave them my shoes. By the way, do not make any prepayments!
