It takes a very long time to repair a simple breakdown. The price list shown in the maps does not correspond to the real one. I brought a suitcase for repairs on 15.12, the deadline on the receipt was 20.12, I arrived on 22.12, the suitcase is not ready, they promised to fix it by the next weekend, as a result, they fixed it only after my clarifying call on 27.12 (and in an hour), why the high price for fixing the handles (almost 60 rubles) did not receive any sensible explanations! I don't recommend coming here.

I repaired the accessories on the bag, I traveled all over Minsk, no one took it on, a broken bag lock was quickly made here in two days, the attitude of the staff was very polite, I was very satisfied. I will say this: such types of repairs are done here, they are not done anywhere else in Minsk, I highly recommend it, and I will be a regular customer

Wonderful and responsive craftsmen! I arrived in Minsk, but I tore my sandals on a walk..in the store, of course, they did not find anything in a hurry, they saw a workshop. It turned out that they had already closed, but immediately got into the situation and got to work))) we did everything in the best possible way! Hurray! My walk is saved! I highly recommend it to everyone)
