Great hotel, warm, clean, cozy. Convenient location, near Taksim, Istiklal, metro, buses to airports. Wonderful staff, they will help with everything, they will tell you everything, they treat each guest like a native, Polina, the Russian-speaking administrator, is the soul and heart of the hotel)) The hotel owner and night manager Sofian speak English. Pleasant hotel with responsive staff, Russian-speaking administrator. The location of the hotel is excellent, hidden a block away from a noisy street, within walking distance of the metro, bus and tram stops, a marina with ferries, nearby attractions (Taksim Square, Istiklal Street, Galata Tower, Galata Bridge, Egyptian Bazaar and mosque nearby, Sirkeci Station, Topkapi Palace and Archaeological Museum, Gulhane Park). The area is very lively, there are many small shops and supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, in general, everything you need is nearby. The hotel is modern, there is an elevator. The rooms have new furniture, clean pastel linens and towels, a refrigerator in working order, a small safe (it didn't always work the first time), and a hairdryer. The rooms are small and there is no view from some rooms, but this is the center of Istanbul, there is a house on a house, there is nowhere to turn around))) The staff did not bring water to the room, but you can always take the right amount yourself. Cleaning has never been done in 5 days, but if you ask to do it, they will not refuse, as I understand it) There was a birthday on the check-in date - the staff did not react in any way. But thanks to the staff for the opportunity to check out late. In general, the optimal price-performance ratio is fully consistent with the stated 3*, I recommend it.

The place is good, the reception is Russian-speaking, the owner is an understanding person, if necessary, he will go to a meeting. The only drawback is the streets, their atmosphere wants the best. Otherwise, the reception will prompt, show, and explain everything. The wish is still, if possible, to settle families next to families or away from lovers of nocturnal fun. Noise insulation is also an option.
