I often visit Minsk.I decided to come in and take a look.The service is at zero.They have nothing to do with the Moscow Perspective, although they claim to be a branch of the legendary Moscow pawnshop Perspective.I have repeatedly bought in the Moscow Perspective and was not too lazy to ask-who is in Minsk?Their answer is impostors.
