But currently, either with the advent of the new "government", or due to other factors, the golden cadres, cool specialists in their field, are melting away! Take for example at least a specialist in the restoration of steering rack shafts for passenger cars : They didn't keep it (I don't know the last name), but the master was the ONLY ONE IN THE AREA! He quit... I don't know the details, but I only know that they are being restored now... In Kokchetav!!! Judge for yourself...

I tried to get a job, sent my resume to the website, called a month later to clarify if they had seen my resume, and what they could say. But nevertheless, I am grateful that I did not get to the factory, otherwise I would not have found this opportunity to become financially rich. I never got to the territory of the plant, but I heard that there is an old CPU, and as a professional in my field, I can say: "With an increase in capacity and modernization of the plant, it is necessary to ensure a 2.5-fold reserve of substation capacity. To replace vacuum circuit breakers with more modern gas-operated ones.

To be honest, the plant is battered. I was there on a business trip, setting up the equipment. There was no lighting in the workshop, only from the machines and the sun) there were not enough windows, it was cool, and it was only September. They say it's very cold in the workshops in winter.
